We thoroughly enjoyed our ski holiday, the rooms were roomy and the location was excellent. The only small negative would be the swimming pool temperature which was too cold. We used the free shuttle bus regularly which was excellent.

For the money it was..ok. Apartment was in good condition. We needed to buy things like toilet roll, hand wash, bin bags etc. It's not a hotel, just a serviced set of apartments.

I do not recommend this Residence at all! Using the excuse of being a "Residence" they don't provide toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, shower soap, NOTHING! They don't change towels, bed sheets in a whole week, nor do any cleaning during the week. Oh, and there is a charge of 17 Euros per person for 45 minutes to use the jacuzzi! Outrageous!

Everything was great, the attemption at the front desk was great, the room was clean and modern, and good size for 4 people with a great balcony to enjoy the Sunny days, great placement to access to the ski slopes

We had an amazing time, group of 9 lads skiing and snowboarding, we stayed for 7 nights and we all loved it. The hotel staff were super helpful and spoke fluent English, the services for the bakery delivery in the morning was great, and the lady running the spa and sauna area was lovely. The boot room was super useful, and right on the slope down to the ski lift/gondola too, so it was super easy to access, large enough to fit our group of 5 people's snowboards in there.

The apartment was only ok. There was no daily cleaning or towel change. It's very difficult to get back from le lac after dark as the bus is often overfull. They only run 8.30pm, 10pm, 12pm so there's a big wait between. There is only 1 bar in 1800.

We had a nice stay at Altaviva. Location is top, service too. Appartement was large, but not everything in best state.

Great location right on the slopes with easy access to ski school. Nice apartments and excellent kids clubs. Poor restaurant in hotel coupled with only one other restaurant in the village really limits dining out options. My first experience of ski in ski out and it really makes a trip so much more relaxing and fun
