"Got to our booking and the bed wasn’t changed over + dirty wet towel on the bed. We called the helpline number (it’s a smart hotel) and a hotel assistant came to help us and thankfully had another room to put us in. I had initially requested a quiet room but we were kept up late from loud bass music in the building. The hotel was meant to be smoke free but you could definitely tell that guests had smoked in the hallway as it stunk. The best part of this experience was the complimentary breakfast, although I didn’t use this bonus as I wanted to leave asap!"

"This motel is very clean with large rooms. The owner was very friendly upon check in and when we had a question about the heat he responded immediately. The only drawback is that there are no dine in restaurants within walking distance. There is a small take out Chinese restaurant close which seemed a bit odd the way it was run, but the food we had was really good."

"The hotel is right by the roadside, easy to find, and has convenient parking. It's also very close to the spot where you can watch the little penguins return to their nests. If you don't mind the roadside noise, it's a good option for a rest stop while traveling."
