First, the check in process was smooth, altho the lobby was so packed and small. Second, our parking at level 7 but the entry & exit ramps were easily access. Third, THE LIFT? I repeat, the lift was soo annoying!! We have to wait more than 15mins everytime we use it to the point we have to take the lift to go down first then only going up, same goes to when we need to go down. Such a burdensome! Fourth, the staycation was as advertised only that it was a bit dusty. But the staycation was nice afterall, only the lift makes me not going to repeat staying here again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help. My room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view of the city.

Penang bridge view. Everything good, room a bit dust, still acceptable. Living room light not functioning, probably due to upstairs water leaking. Overall is good.

We’re 5 people (family) We got 2 bedrooms ( 2 king beds each room so totally 4 king beds) - Bed and pillows are so comfortable, we had a great sleep here - Room is clean - View is so amazing - location is good not far from George Town แนะนำเลยค่ะ สำหรับใครที่มาเป็นครอบครัวแล้วกำลังหาที่พักในปีนัง ที่นี่สะดวกสบายมากๆ ห้องใหญ่ ห้องสะอาด แต่ต้องซื้อน้ำดื่มเข้ามาเองนะคะ ที่พักอยู่ไม่ไกลจากตัวเมืองจอร์จทาวน์ และสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวต่างๆ มีwifi ให้ใช้ด้วย

Toilet door cannot lock. Room door cannot close. Hair dryer spoiled, but after complaining , they changed a new hair dryer to us.

The floor so dusty. bathroom toilet clogged. Kitchen sink so dirty. Toilet door broken. The only good is the bed. Superb comfortable. They using Kingcoil brand.

Everything was great overall – the price was reasonable and the stay was comfortable. Just a minor point to note: the lift can be a bit slow during peak hours due to high demand, and the free parking is located on the higher levels (around level 9 or 10), which may require a bit of a drive up.

Easy and convenient stay for a good trip . Especially for a group of friends can stay together for gathering event . Nice and clean . Will book again for next trip .

Good service, the only downside is our parking is located at 13rd floors, so we got to drive all the way up and all the way down. In the end we decided to use grab. Rooms are good, aircond is cold, water pressure is good enough and we did enjoyed our penang trip here.

I booked this place for my parents, and they loved it. The location is convenient, close to the Penang Bridge, and it's easy to find food nearby. There's parking available, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Highly recommended!
