I booked this place for my parents, and they loved it. The location is convenient, close to the Penang Bridge, and it's easy to find food nearby. There's parking available, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. Highly recommended!

The apartment is good in general, but only the bathroom drainage is quite slow when you are taking bath. The location is very convenient. Facilities are good too. The parking lot has 10 floors, so it takes time to circle up and down.

No wheelchair friendly. Lobby there's no slope for wheelchair and prams. The lift door close too fast before we reach the doors.

I am very satisfied with the facilities of this hotel, whether it is the swimming pool or the night view on the top floor. If Chinese service communication can be added, communication will be smoother. Other than that, other places look like they are under construction. The process of getting the key was quite fun. The room was clean and tidy, and I slept very well. Although there was a church chanting downstairs, it was short and did not affect me. It was very convenient to get in and out, and there was a food stall downstairs, which was great!

It is a large apartment hotel with several different agents distributing different room types. The one I booked was pretty good, on the 35th floor, close to the elevator, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a washing machine but no toothbrushes or slippers provided, and a good accommodation experience. There are no restaurants within walking distance, so you have to take a taxi to go anywhere.

The room is in a good location and you can see the sea. There are many tourists staying in this building. The lady is nice and kind, and the service is thoughtful. The room facilities are very complete, cooking and washing are no problem. Penang is nice

My friend stayed here. I don't comment on the facilities and hygiene. I gave a bad review because the store was seriously dishonest and cheated customers. I booked from 8.4 to 8.13. On 8.9, the itinerary changed and I needed to check out one day in advance. My friend had negotiated with the store at the front desk and could check out early and get a refund for one night's room fee. But when my friend checked out on 8.12, the store refused to refund. Ctrip intervened but there was nothing they could do. This is because we have returned to China. Anyway, there is nothing they can do. This kind of store cheats customers and operates in dishonesty. It really brings shame to Penang.
