Unsafe Condition / Act Yesterday the TV program was running after we enter room & switched on. Suddenly a sex adult content appear at the screen. Moaning video was played by someone at the hotel. After checked the TV connection, just noticed that. someone got connected handphone through TV connection & watching programe. How can be happen after we check in inside our room? This totally not fair & not safe for our privacy concern. Please take serius action.

Booked for the first time, it was nice overall, only need small improvement in cleanliness, but the price was so cheap, requested for quiet room and had a nice sleep. Hotel owner is very nice and response very quickly if you have any problem. Very recommended!❤️

The environment is clean and comfortable, and parking is convenient. There are many restaurants nearby.

This Hotel is self check-in, and the customer service is quick to reply messages, and it's quiet inside. Also, easy to park ✅ Will come back next time!

The bangalow is OK but the room carpet and toilet cleanness definitely need improvement. The wall and toilet not in good condition. Price is cheap.

A Perfect Stay at Luna Hotel – Highly Recommended! I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Luna Hotel, and I must say, everything about my experience was simply perfect. The hotel has set a high standard in every aspect. The Wi-Fi connection was impressively strong, making it effortless to stay connected. The air-conditioning was just right, providing a comfortable and refreshing escape from the heat outside. My room was exceptionally clean and spacious, with every detail thoughtfully arranged to ensure maximum comfort. 1. Self check-in was not smooth, could be improved. 2. No mirror in the room, there’s one in the toilet, but if you want to style/make up after shower, it’s a challenge. 3. Got windows but it’s blocked, not even like blocked by other buildings, if you open the windows it’s just straight up walls. 4. Terrible a/c, I’m convinced the last service date is at least months ago given the condition. Having no fan also worsens the situation. 5. Heater is kinda broken, it gets hot for a minute then it’s cold, then hot & cold again. But even if it does get “hot” it’s more like a semi-warm, not hot exactly. Like pool water warm on 4pm 6. The drainage system is awful. Shower is one side and the drain is on the other side. Just Imagine that. 7. The vending machine is good.

This hotel building is beautiful. Room and toilet is big. They provide bath gel, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush. Water pressure very powerful, just the water not hot enough. And there is water dispenser outside the room, very convenient to refill water. Provide parking, many parking lot. Location is near to many restaurants and a food court. This is a self check-in and check-out hotel, but is very easy. The host is very friendly. Very recommended!

Booked for 5 nights stay and no housekeeping provided. Managed to change the bath towels once and for this I have to call the service manager. Refund have to fill up the form thru link which was troublesome and took about a week. If we can pay the deposit on the day we checked in why can’t we get back on the same day on check out. Other than that, this place is reasonable consider the price paid. Hopefully the management can improve on these.

Good deal I got on the day to stay in. Big mansion with many rooms. Friendly and fast act from customer service. Self service hotel. Got water dispenser provided at the hall. Got a food and beverage machine too. No customer service counter. Got bath towels, shampoo and body shampoo provided. Got water heater. Big bedroom. Nice deco in the hall. A good experience.
