I stayed here for 5 nights and I highly recommend this hotel. The location is convenient. Nice atmosphere with a beautiful rooftop terrace restaurant and a swimming pool. The terrace restaurant's food and desserts are top-notch. Lovely staff and very helpful ❤️ I’ll definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Tirana 🇦🇱

The hotel is located about 20 min walk from the city centre. Lot of shops in the neighbourhood. But also a very busy street just outside of the hotel. Breakfast was OK. Staff was not good. Not attentive at all, and sometimes directly rude. One person in the reception was OK.

The location of the hotel was quite nice. It was clean and tidy. The rooms were good. Had some trouble with the airport pickup, would rather advice to book a taxi online on Speed taxi Albania. No halal food options.

The room was comfortable and clean, with a large living room and two bedrooms. Both had balconies and a simple kitchen. The room was spacious and reasonably priced. There was a small, simple pool on the fifth floor, and the hotel was tastefully decorated. It's about a 15-minute walk to the square, and there's a large supermarket nearby.

Overall this hotel is fantastic. Location is good, room is spacious and comfortable, many ammenities and the staff is all lovely. Unfortunately whoever cleaned my room didn’t do it very well. There was a used hairtie on the armchair and garbage between the bed and window so I didnt want this person touching my things so left the do not disturb on. Also when I booked the room it said I would have a balcony but I didn’t. I asked about changing to a balcony room but was denied. Alda went above and beyond with her service helping me set up things outside the hotel. She is a gem.

The location of this hotel was near to the centre and there were loads of restraunts nearby and also it was clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was good

The Mondial Hotel is a gem of an experience. It is very clean, attractive and inviting. The rooftop bar and pool are delightful, with great views. The lobby bar and restaurant are very nice, with an excellent menu. The breakfast is extensive and makes for an easy and tasty start to the day.

I booked a Deluxe Double Room and liked the size as well as the amenities. At first the receptionist said to me that Trip.com informed them a Triple Bed Room so I got three beds when I went in the room. Later on, a service lady quickly converted them to a king bed with a sofa. Breakfast is English-style buffet, nothing neither special nor bad. In general, I enjoyed staying in Mondial Hotel.

Location is a bit far from Tirana International Bus stop, but 10 minutes walk to the view point

Stayed here for 3 nights to explore Tirana. The hotel is approx 23 mins from the main square so was a bit of a walk if you wanted to come back to the hotel after a day out and change for dinner. We had early dinners in the centre and came back in the evening to the hotel so did not cause us a problem. Both the rooms and the rest of the hotel was very clean. The bedrooms were more traditional whilst the bathrooms were very modern with a nice shower. The bar was quiet but nice, and there is a restaurant within the hotel but we did not try it out. Breakfast was very good, with fried eggs/omelette, sausage and bacon, bread and jams, great fruit and pastries, yoghurt etc. Eating a good breakfast meant that we did not stop for food during the day and had an early dinner. There was a problem with the hotel pickup but that affected a number of people as we arrived at Tirana airport just before the US Secretary of State. Just one of those things. Returning to the airport was fine which the hotel organised as well as printing boarding passes as mobile versions are not yet allowed at the airport. Really enjoyed our stay here and as long as you don’t mind the walk to the centre the hotel is great.

Proactive staff and acceptable value for money. But breakfast and location could be better.

Hotel Mondial is a neat and well-located establishment, but my room was a bit disappointing. The small window barely let in any natural light, the bathroom was dated, there was no kettle, and the air conditioning was slow to cool. The rooftop terrace does have a pool, but it's more of a large bathtub than a proper pool. The hotel otherwise appears well-maintained, and the staff is friendly, if somewhat businesslike. I found it less welcoming that visitors are allowed to park their cars on the sidewalk near the entrance, forcing other guests to maneuver past to get in.
