"This is a truly wonderful place to stay. I'm sensitive to the smell and cleanliness of confined spaces, but this hotel had absolutely no unpleasant odors, and the bedding and cleaning were very clean. The surrounding mountain views are beautiful, it's quiet, and there's a large lake nearby, perfect for a walk. I arrived three hours before check-in with a lot of luggage on my first day, so I asked if I could leave my luggage there. They kindly asked me to wait a little while, and they finished tidying up the room so I could check in early. They even served me delicious coffee while I waited. The staff at the cafe and reception were all friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place!"

"Loved the pool and vibe there! A quick bus ride to the city centre (Skanderbeg Square) and buses 8 and 11 both go there (40 lekk in coins to catch it) and a good store across the street and a pizza calzone place up the street. If walking, I recommend walking from the square rather than to the square as going to the square is uphill. A nice place overall! :)"

"On the positive side, the location is excellent. There's a Turkish kebab shop, a large supermarket, and a shopping center downstairs, and it's only a 5-minute walk to the airport bus stop. During my stay, I didn't see anyone at the front desk; all communication had to be done via WhatsApp, but thankfully, responses were quick. The problems: There was a lot of hair in the room, even in the bathroom and on the sheets, which made the sheets seem unclean. The building is mainly brick and wood structure, and some floorboards were sagging. The windows had very poor sound insulation; I needed to wear earplugs to sleep. It's about the level of a small hotel or guesthouse, and that's about what you'd expect for the price."

"This hotel is lovely and very clean but is a long way out of town. It is on the main road to Durres - this is not a problem if you arrive during the day and are happy to get the public bus or a taxi into the city. However, do take care should you arrive late as there are no shops open (so bring food with you and drinks) and it the pavements are rubble - so walking can be hazardous. If you have a car it’s a great option. The hotel owners were very lovely and helpful. Bottles of water and a kettle in the room would be great."

Just that there was a weird picture in the room, we didn't like we requested it to be removed but apparently it was too heavy so it was declined. Picture as below. But just overall amazing place."

"32 Days at Flower Hotel – A Stay to Remember We spent a total of 32 days at Flower Hotel, across 3 different stays during July and August. It was truly one of the most beautiful and enjoyable holidays we have ever had. This was our 3rd consecutive time coming back, and once again, our stay was absolutely wonderful. I cannot leave without mentioning the reception team, who were always attentive to our requests and ready to help whenever we needed them. The service staff were also incredibly kind and caring, always making us feel like we were part of the family. A special appreciation goes to the kitchen staff, who delighted us every day with the delicious food and variety at the buffet. I also cannot leave out the housekeeping team, who took great care of our room every single day and made sure everything was always clean and in perfect order. And of course, a very special thank you to Ms. Erinda, who paid attention to every detail and did everything possible to make sure our stay at the hotel was as perfect as possible. Without hesitation, we would like to congratulate the owners on having such a wonderful hotel and an amazing team. After spending 32 days here, we can honestly say that we had a truly great experience and are leaving with nothing but beautiful memories. Taxi from the city is around 800-900 lek Beautiful hotel clean rooms. Foyer and restauranu frrl quite oppulent Spa was lovely, but the hot tubs weren't fully working. Food was disappointing limited menu, asked for a vegetarian menu they didn't have one. Breakfast then consisted of fried cold veg ?? Was good value for the room and the basic spa use."
