Checked in late at night after returning from the Olympic Games, and it was surprisingly smooth, located within a residential complex. Special thanks to the hotel staff for promptly confirming my booking and sending the room password. The room was quite clean. After a hectic competition schedule, all we needed was a quiet place to sleep, and we were very satisfied.

Convenient location for a one-day stay after the Bernina Express from St. Moritz, less than 10 minutes walk from the train station . Located near the old town and a variety of restaurants and an excellent gelato shop nearby. No reception and so prepare to WhatsApp the staff. No lift and fortunely we stayed on the first floor.

Room loos exactly like in the ads. Airconditioner wasn't working. Room was clean and the location was great.

Good; large room, bigger than expected (booked for 2 people and got 4), very clean and tidy, and a great location. Really close to the station. Could be better: the beds, they're absolutely terrible! We were initially in a room (number 9) where half of the double bed sagged so much that it was impossible to sleep. All beds also have a wooden stick in the middle to support them. Absolutely ridiculous. Eventually, we were moved to room 4, and there the bed was reasonably okay. Furthermore, it's so hot in the rooms and hallways that it's practically unbearable to stay there. When we complained about this, they said "we could lower the temperature with the arrows down." Yes, we understand that too. But all they were doing was blowing hot air, so the best solution turned out to be to turn off the air conditioning/heating and open the windows wide. Furthermore, the "B&B" concept is terribly disappointing. There's no breakfast. Just some coffee and tea and dry biscuits or cakes. Far below par. But if you're just looking for an apartment it's fine.

Good service, comfortable and very clean rooms

Apartment Review Apartment very easy to access and perfectly maintained. The welcome was warm, with a nice touch: a kit including tea, coffee and delicious madeleines, very appreciable after the trip. The place is clean, comfortable and well equipped, offering everything necessary for a pleasant stay. I recommend without hesitation!
