Booked a room at Breeze Residency, Trichy via *********** (check-in: June 5, check-out: June 7). Booking was confirmed. On June 3, I get a random call from the hotel: “Your booking is cancelled.” No explanation. *********** still shows it as valid. Repeated calls to the hotel? Ignored. Blatantly. Only later did I learn from locals that this is a routine scam. During wedding seasons or high demand, hotel cancels confirmed bookings from online portals and resells the rooms at inflated prices to big groups. No apology. No integrity. Just pure, greedy opportunism. Guests who booked through platforms like *********** are treated as disposable. This is completely unethical and shows zero respect for travelers. My trip with family was thrown into chaos because of this. Breeze Residency is not just unreliable—it’s dishonest. Think twice before booking here.

They told that we can use swimming pool in their hotel but actually that they are doing other coaching classes in the same swimming pool and they don't allow us for using the swimming pool at the time of our stay worst experience...

overall a decent hotel to stay. Centrally located, but away from the crowd and traffic. Very courteous staff. Reached hotel around 10 PM restaurent staff took our dinner orders and served very quick.
Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Brekfast should be topped up regularly. By the time we went in around 9 AM some of the items were over.
