Travesty of a hotel and best to avoid at all costs. Room lock doesn't work, pillow covers are stained, bath towels threadbare. Air conditioning unit is on its last legs. And the hotel service is sub standard. I would give zero stars if I could.

We had booked an overnight stay. The room which was alloted had bad stains in the sofas and bedsheet. When we complained, they shifted us to some refurbished rooms in 6th floor. Sudhakar (hotel staff) was helpful in arranging this. Though this room was better, the fan regulator was not working and the air conditioner could not be controlled with the remote. I did not complain as we found the defects when we were about to sleep. At 1 am in the night the room buzzer rang and it was a housekeeping staff telling us he has brought towels ( which we had not requested). Obviously some other room had requested it. The buffet breakfast was not ready when we came down at 7.30. The restaurant staff are not helpful. To top it all, I saw a rat moving near the stand having the coffee and tea! Will never stay in this hotel again.

The worst experience ever…. Please do not waste your money!!!! Online booking on hotel website is very expensive. We had booked 2 rooms and both the rooms were falling apart, extremely pungent odour, dirty sofas and bedsheets. Dusty cots, mould on toilet seat and western closet extremely dirty and stained!!!!!! We requested for a room change at the reception and noticed a few other guests were requesting the same!!!!!!

The hotel was booked on line n specific rooms were requested a few weeks ago )4 rooms)on line, but when we came to check in about mid night, we’re told there was no ref to online check in and we had to show them proof of communication from our WhatsApp. Front desk is not to be blamed since they accommodated us but got is other rooms, No night duty ***ager but he she would also be not able to assit due to online booking. WiFi does not work in room( excuse was above 4th floor internet is bad) only clear at the lobby. Room toilets shower room edge on the floor have molds. Towels were brownish white. Receptionist does not give you 2 room door tags Since not policy- plus worst the key tag don’t work once you leave the hotel and return later ( in our case after 7 hrs on the same day)- excuse given magnetic issues if key tag kept beside hand phone. Saw a group about 10 family with kids (last night)checking in at night turn down since it did not register their online checking n booking- was so sad to see small kids & elderly tired but no rooms.- did not know the out come since I just went back to the room- hope their booking was accepted). Break first service is so bad that they are not ready for tourist at 7.30am( as we leave early to travel). Today I asked the waiter to on the lights and he was not too please to do so . We choose this hotel since the service was good for the price and have stayed here a few times before the covid BUT will not recommend any one to stay here if ***agement don’t revert to their hospitality

Stayed for 3 days stay from 27th to 30th Nov and had one of the worst experiences. Booked this hotel as it used be the Best few years ago for stay, service and food. 1) No Hot water available for bathing, if you ask they provide in buckets after continuous follow ups. 2) Room service was the worst, after continuous follow ups food was delivered after 90 mins, same is the case almost every time. 3) Food was given cold. Once they even missed the order. 4) For the cost, its really unworthy to choose this hotel. 5) Most of the places are unclean and practically no room service. 6) Only saving grace is that if you go to restaurant food is served hot.

Unclean rooms, practically no room service, no tissue roll in the bathroom, electric kettle unwashed (someone guest had boiled milk in it)!! No newspaper (when requested, was asked to buy from the bus stand). Ordered tea…lukewarm and tasteless! Restaurant shuts at 9.30pm so no dinner. A so called 3 star hotel!!! Avoid.
