Come dig our east coast Florida vibe! See it all from the comfort of our recently renovated vintage Florida cottage. Built in 1955, the kitchen, bathrooms and living areas were renovated in 2019/2020. Very high quality impact resistant windows were installed in 2020 adding beauty, comfort and an extra measure of security to our cute little cottage! We also installed a new A/C unit and replaced all the duct work in 2020 and we replaced the roof in 2021. Our approximately 900 square foot cottage is cute, clean and provides all the amenities you need while you enjoy your stay on Florida's east coast. A king size bed in the master bedroom sleeps two. Two single beds in the second bedroom sleeps two. We have two large and comfortable oversized couches in the living room that sleep two more people, for a total of six people. We have a lovely screened in porch with a ceiling fan for comfort. In the side garden as an added bonus outdoor area, we have seating with a gas grill and fountain. Our kitchen is complete with enough pots, pans, cutlery, glassware and dishes to comfortably cook a home made meal for 6 people. A travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided in both bathrooms. A washer and dryer are located in a laundry room in the rear of the cottage. Detergent, bleach, and dryer sheets are provided for your convenience. In addition to bathroom towels we also provide beach towels. Assorted beach toys are also available. We have driveway parking with a car port. The driveway can accommodate 3 vehicles parked one in front of the other.
