Room is clean, and onsen is small and old but the water quality is good

The room is perfect and the amenities are good! They use Mikimoto bath products!

Room in Japanese style was very clean and comfy and the view was super good. Staffs were very helpful, they helped us on finding the restaurant and made calls to book it. Hotel is very huge one though.

The hotel view is really nice. You can see the sea from your room. The hot spring has both outdoor and indoor. There is free soba between 9pm-10pm. The dinner and breakfast were really great! The staff are really kind and helpful. My husband forgot his passport without any realise, the hotel tried to contact us via the Trip.com. What a great service mind!

The inn was conveniently located less than 5 minutes walk from the Toba station and a short walk to Mikimoto Pearl Island and Toba Aquarium. Most of all, the hospitality of our lady host was impeccable. Breakfast was delicious and she made onigri for our lunch when we left the inn. Will recommend this quaint inn to our friends in Sg!

the food is nice, environment, view and vibe were so good! they provide shuttle from the station so even its a bit far from station but its really worth for the view

To get to the hotel, you take their shuttle bus from Toba Station, which is about a five-minute drive uphill. The surroundings are peaceful, and the view of Ise Bay from outside is superb! The room is spacious, and the balcony has a private outdoor bath. However, you have to fill it yourself and wait for it to heat up, so I didn't end up using it in the room because it was too cold. There are also public indoor and outdoor baths. The outdoor one has a great ambiance, and the indoor one has glass windows with fantastic views of Toba pier and Ise Bay! Dinner included sashimi, a wagyu hot pot, and Ise lobster, which were all delicious. Breakfast was a Japanese-style buffet, which was fine. Overall, the value for money was excellent! 👍🏼

The service is good and the staffs are very polite and helpful

The boss is an elderly man, very nice. He can also draw pictures of the fish he caught at sea and put them on the wall.
