The location is in the town center, very convenient. The service and facilities are all excellent, except for the shower head which is hard to adjust.

Very old motel, sure it could do with a fair amount of TLC but the room was spotless, beds comfy and we had a great 2 nights there. Office stayed closed until at least after 9 AM the next morning, I guess they needed a sleep in! close proximity to the town, so it is what is is, low buck but you got value for money.

Initial impression not great. Broken sign. Carpark not well kept. Groups loitering outside rooms. The area generally looked a bit run down. Rooms basic but pretty clean. Very old furnishings and bathroom. Hot water took a while to run through. Kitchen area good. Bed quite comfy but needed the blankets. Downstairs units very noisy as walls so thin. Not bad for the price. A few restaurants nearby and good cafes for the morning. Friendly helpful receptionist.

As the title says, not a lot else was good was in the room~! needed a good clean cobwebs and dead flies on the floor by side tables. mould in the shower and rubbish bin should have been thrown out, all battered and bits missing. Dresser which held remotes etc for tv should be chucked out was disgusting. only other good thing was lovely receptionist, very helpful
