The rooms are clean and very comfortable! There's a shared kitchen that you can use freely, and you can drink coffee for free from the coffee machine. There's also a manga corner, so it's a relaxing hotel with excellent hospitality.

It's very clean, the service is great, and it's very close to Hongin Market and the bus station, making it convenient to go anywhere.

The building isn't new, but the interior was clean. The ground floor is a parking lot, but tall vans won't fit. There were three parking spaces in a separate ground-level parking lot a short distance away. I would like to use this place again.

This guesthouse is definitely worth a try. I was initially a little hesitant due to the limited reviews, but thankfully I didn't give up. Firstly, there's no elevator; it's four floors in total, all stairs. The ground floor is parking, and the reception is on the next floor. The Japanese staff are very friendly and will introduce the complimentary amenities and public facilities. They use keys for check-in; to check out, simply leave your key in the basket at the front desk. The rooms are similar to other guesthouses. A single room has all the necessary amenities: TV, refrigerator, air conditioner/heater, air purifier, bathroom with toilet, and all daily necessities: toothbrush set, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, towels, slippers, tissues, comb, makeup remover, lotion, facial cleanser, toner, cotton pads, shower cap, bath sponge, mouthwash, etc. The front desk also has men's lotion, makeup remover, shaving cream, razor, and over ten kinds of shampoos available for free use. The room has three remote controls: one for the air conditioner/heater, one for the lights, and one for the TV. The only downside is the entryway light, which is an automatic sensor and a bit sensitive; it turns on even with slight movement while sleeping and then automatically turns off after a while. The single room is spacious enough to move around comfortably with small luggage open, but larger luggage needs to be folded up for easy movement. There's a small window that can be opened, and the soundproofing is good; the surrounding area is mostly residential, so there's no noise. It's only a 2-3 minute walk to the food court, but a bit far from Tokushima Station, about a 15-minute walk. There's a supermarket about a 5-6 minute walk away, which is acceptable. The common areas have comics, a dining table, a microwave, kitchen utensils, tableware, and a coffee machine (with milk and sugar). Each floor has a water dispenser with paper cups, and free washing machines and dryers with laundry detergent are on the 4th floor. Luggage can be stored, but you need to inform the staff of your pick-up time. In summary, I stayed for two nights and had a very good experience. Highly recommended!

The accommodation felt a bit old, but it was clean and the location was good.
