The facilities are a bit dated, showing how prosperous Japan once was. Compared to newer hotels in my home country today, it can't quite compete, but everything is functional, and most importantly, it's very clean. All facilities and room are very old. Need renovations. This price of this old hotel is expensive. Not recommended to stay.

They cannot find my booking. I have to wait for over one hour before the manager sorted it out ; apparently someone mix my name with other passengers. The front desk, people very bureaucratic and inflexible , They wasted a lot of time

Slightly dated but still functional. Further walk from station than thought, but close to lively restaurant area and sento. The river cruise is also close. Not the best Washington Hotel but still a good standard.
