I stayed at this hotel at the end of March 2023 and had an excellent stay. The location of the hotel is very convenient for us because it is connect to the Shinagawa train station via a short covered skyway. Shinagawa can be easily reached via train from NRT or HND airports. I have stayed at this hotel many times. Every time I have been treated very well. All the staff I have encountered were very courteous and professional. Room was very clean and comfortable with a very nice view of the surround area. There is a 7-11 store near the entry to the hotel thus very convenient if I want to buy drinking water or Japanese snacks. The breakfast buffet is very high quality and very delicious. I had such a nice stay and can not wait to go back again

I had a wonderful time at this beautiful yet understated property. It was a peaceful oasis just within walking distance of shops, parks, nightlife, easy transport to the rest of the city from subway. I was most impressed by the unobtrusive consideration from staff. I came a few hours before check in, asked to store my luggage for a good nearby spot to relax. The staff, seeing I was tired, instead offered me a slightly upgraded room that was immediately available for check-in. Throughout my stay I was courteously offered umbrellas to take as I walked outside, bottles of water after my workout, but never felt as though I were being hovered over. I will certainly stay here again.

Overnight with friends. At first, I was planning to go to a hot spring, but it gradually became closer, and in the end it was a plan to say that there was no hot spring and only the atmosphere ... but as a result, the answer was correct. The place is in the Grand Prince. The entrance is a little difficult to understand, and for some reason there is no front desk or entrance, and I wander around the lobby. Finally I found a staff member and was guided to the 4th floor. Check-in with matcha and sweets at the club lounge. Although the lounge is a little simple and small, there are only 14 guest rooms, so this may be enough for capacity. It is worth mentioning that you can access all the lounges of the three hotels in this Takanawa Prince area (actually four because it is a plus Hanakoji) (I was waiting w) This seems to be a privilege only for this Hanakaji, and the tension rises. I was supposed to come slowly to conquer all of them in 2 hours of cocktail time from 17:00, but I suddenly changed to an erratic and fluttering project! I went to the lounge of Hanakoji just at 17:00, but there was no previous customer. We are embarrassed. Drinks are a small number of elite drinks such as champagne, wine, sake, whiskey, and good juice (laughs). Nine snacks on the plate? Since the concept here is Japanese, it is a Japanese set. After that, I went to the lounge on the lower floor, but there was a line, Shin Takanawa had only beer and the rest of the daytime cake, and even though I went to Sakura Tower, there was nothing nice about alcohol or snacks, so I ended up returning to the beginning. As a result of returning to the beginning, I found that there is a drink here even after the cocktail time (no hors d'oeuvre) I finally found that it was the correct answer to use only here, so from the next time I will do so. Although the introduction has become longer, the room has the same setting as that of the inn and has a bed on tatami mats. The view of the garden is good from the window, and you can see the garden from the bath (can you see the bath from the garden?) The bathroom is large and comfortable. No unnecessary rain shower for me. No toiletries (I wanted this). I am grateful that breakfast is brought to my room and I can relax in the room while looking out at the garden. The contents are a little like an inn, and there are many items. Another feature is that all the staff in the hall are very responsive. After that, there is nothing to say if you can dig in the hot springs.

Spent one night at the Grand Prince Hotel Takanawa, and would have moved to a different hotel if we had needed to stay longer. The place is outdated, and in desperate need to upgrade rooms and facilities. The room lighting is poor, which accentuates the shabby feel to the room and bath. The bedside tables have ancient light switches, there are no USB ports anywhere in the rooms, but the lack of air conditioning in the hotel is really the worst insult to a weary traveler who is given a room that is 80F and has a tiny window. Ice is available only on select floors, there is no convenient Lawsons or 7-11. We paid 24,000JPY for the night which is hugely overpriced. At least the staff were able to provide a circulating fan to help deal with the heat in the room, but it wasn't really sufficient. I would not recommend and will not go back.

I liked the hotel, good location, close to the airport, also convenient to play in Kamakura, Hakone, Shinjuko areas and so on, close, Odaiba is also nearby, 5-7 minutes walk to 2 metro stations, next to each there is a huge supermarket with food, night store, a guy from Uzbekistan works there, speaks Russian) the staff is very friendly, you can take an adapter, an iron, a lot of cosmetics, tea is on the 1st floor, I liked that the window opens, there is a hot bathroom upstairs, open until 2 am, after Long walks were very nice to freshen up, they clean every day, yukata and towels are also changed every day. The room is quite comfortable, at the entrance there is a hanger and space for a suitcase

I stayed for one night to go to a nearby hospital. Is it just the middle of the station from the Shinagawa seaside station of Keikyu blue yokocho and rinkai line, I think the access to traffic is good. Location conditions are also nearby, and there are convenience stores, and when you walk to Aomono Yokocho station, there are shopping streets and there are several restaurants. The employee is also able to greet and respond firmly and has a good feeling. Also, it was a corridor on the room floor, but I felt hot whether the air conditioner was cut off because of the time pattern and power saving. There is a large bath, so I am glad to be able to stretch my limbs and take a bath. There is a free breakfast, but I felt a little less side dishes. Bread, salad (raw vegetables) and side dishes may be just right with ５ items, rice, miso soup. There was a self-service welcome bar at night. It may be a little happy service for those who drink. Overall, it was a good stay.

The room was simple and nice. There was no extra thing such as telephone and tissue, and the desk was widely used. A method of taking amenities from front of the elevator only for those who needed it. The refrigerator in the room can be turned off on the switch, so it was good to be able to turn off the switch if you care about the sound. It was also good that the night view from the room was shiny. There are many other good hotels, but when I saw the night view, I thought ”it was good to be this hotel”. The manners of foreign customers were good. The quality of the staff was high, the smile was nice, the answer was clear and good. It was a safe stay. Beregut accurately in time. We used breakfast. There are not too many types and just right. Buffet style. The breakfast venue was fun to choose from various types of seats. The window side was too sunny, but the view was very good. It was used for Tokyo Big Site and used. Access is １ books from Shinagawa Seaside Station to International Exhibition Hall Station. Good.

Conveniently located 2 minutes walk from the Rinkai Line Shinagawa Seaside Station, there is a shopping mall with ion style, convenience stores and restaurants in front of the hotel. From Haneda Airport, there is a limousine bus to Shinagawa Seaside Station, and it stops at the bus stop in front of the hotel, so it was easy to access even if I had a large suitcase. In addition, there is a blue thing Yokocho station of Keikyu line in the place of 8 minutes walk, and it is convenient for transportation by choosing the station depending on the destination. I stayed for 4 nights, but the hotel has a coin laundry (300 yen for laundry, 100 yen for 7 minutes drying) and a microwave oven in the lobby. The interior of the room is classic, but there are new facilities such as buttons and USB charge plugs that convey the hope of cleaning and the hope of not waking up, and it was clean and well cleaned. It was a pity that there was only one chair even though it was a double room. There are kettles, tea cups and glasses in the room, so you can spend a relaxing time in the room without going out. Amenities include toothbrushes and body towels in the room, but are provided in front of the front desk, such as skin care products, tea bags and shaver. (Free) The staff was kind and received a parcel from my family. I was staying on the 17th floor, so it was good to enjoy the view of the sea side such as the plane and the Shinkansen from the window of the room. Soundproofing is also ok. The inconvenience was that Wi-Fi was sometimes difficult to connect. Fortunately, I was carrying my pocket Wi-Fi to return home temporarily, so there was no problem.

Being nearby lunchbox shops was helpful. I inadvertently left a book in the room. Hotel can send it to my Japan address with mailing fee borne by myself. I would stay again at this hotel if I have another biz travel to Tokyo. Thank you.

Since all 3 of us, including a child (9 years old), were female, they guided us to the ladies' floor. The view from the high floor was beautiful. There was a foot massager and facial ion steamer in the room, and I was very happy to heal my tired legs from walking. It's close to the station, and you can go to Haneda Airport by bus from the station, so my daughters said they want to stay again!

The night bus from Shinjuku at midnight was not able to ride, and decided to take the Shinkansen starting the next morning. I was worried about whether I should go to Tokyo or Shinagawa, and I didn't want to walk anymore, and I chose it because it was just from Shin Baba Station. It was really just after the ticket gate. No umbrella unnecessary distance. The entrance with luxury feeling, the pajama type room clothes, the female amenities can be selected at the front desk, and the front desk is good. The hardness of the bed is just right. You can put a smartphone on the bed side. There was coffee at the front desk and I received it in the morning. I don't know other goodness because it was a short time stay. In addition, since only two stations and each station train stop to Shinagawa, there may be a little inconvenience, but the closeness of 20 seconds from the station is worth choosing. One thing that is very unfortunate is that ... there is a humidifier air cleaner in the room, but I put water myself in the water tank, but the tank was very dirty. The Toyoko Inn is a smaller business hotel near the Oimachi station. Is is not far from the JR Station or the bus station from Haneda airport making this a very convenient location. The rooms are like a typical business hotel, small but it has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. They have self serve laundry in the lobby. It's not a fancy hotel by far but there are a lot of amenities close to the hotel. There are a lot of restaurants, a couple of shopping malls and a couple of grocery stores as well.

We ended up staying here on a whim after our accomodation on Shibuya fell through. This was genuinely such a great place to stay even thought it’s kind of out of the way of a lot of things. It felt like the real Tokyo, not the tourist Tokyo we’d seen thus far. It’s within walking distance to two train stations, it’s quiet and close to a family owned grocery store. There were four of us in one room and we had more than enough space which is really saying something since accomodation in Japan tends to be on the smaller side. Would 100% stay here again.
