I really loved this hotel. It was a stones throw away from the Shinjuku train station. The room, although very small was very comfortable and cosy. I'd recommend getting breakfast from the top floor. The food was delicious and a great start to the day, also the view from the top floor would just motivate you to go out and get ready to explore. When I am back in Tokyo I will be staying in this hotel again

location ok. 5 mins walk to H line exit 3. Room a bit small. Voice isolation not that good. Can request for inner side room not face to the street when booking or at check in counter. Within 30 mins can reach any popular area in Tokyo overall recommend to stay.

There is also 2 in 1 washing machine with dryer at L18 at the south tower for usage starting from 500yen, depending on what the features you would like it to be, best of all, it comes with detergent. The hotel was very big have multiple towers for guests to stay in. The location was also very convenient and very close to the train station. One improvement point is the staff at lobby was not too polite. While the housekeeping staff were quite nice and also greet all the guests that pass by their cart. The room was okay but old so have a bad smell and things were torn out due to the age.

its our 2nd time to stay here in this hotel . we loved the location its very near to affordable foods like yoshinoya,sukiya,ramen hidakaya and mcdonalds and a 14mins walk only to ameyoko ueno

- The receptionist kindly let me check in earlier even though I didn’t ask. - The blanket is just heavy enough to get a good sleep. The capsule walls are very thin, though, and the snoring person below me deprived me of some sleep. I guess this is why they sell earplugs at the reception :) An iron is available for 100 yen, but it is not too strong, and they don't provide an ironing board. The ladder to the top bunk capsule is extremely inconvenient, to the extent that one should be very sober and concentrated to climb it up or down without getting hurt. Or maybe it's just that I'm too big. Overall, a rather good stay, and for quite an affordable price, will be keeping this place in mind for my next time.

Situated nicely between two subway stations and a few convenience store options (one directly opposite). Extremely pleasant environment next to a middle school, and room was very comfortable. Minor caveat is the tv didn't have many channels or non Japanese options.

Hotel unfortunately is a 3.5* at best. Reasons: 1) previous half drunk water bottle in refrigerator, 2) water remaining in tea pot, and 3) hairs remaining in bathroom shower. What truly lowers the value is the daily rate to use the gym. Rather than a place for a quick workout management has decided to offer the pool and gym as a ”spa” facility for a cost of $42.00 per visit with no discount for multiple days. As a business transfer whose time was limited it is simply ridiculous to justify the expense for an hour workout that costs half the daily rate of a hotel room here. Creating a profit center for the hotel may be a good business decision but it is terrible service for a guest. In addition, the concierge was absolutely no help in assisting me with a cosmetic that I had forgotten and the lobby is at least 85F. Not comfortable small bed as well and would not recommend a stay here.

LV is just outside the door. This LV can make reservations for cafes and Tokyo-specific tourbillon watches. It's close to Ginza
