Tokyo Chuo Ward 4-star Hotels

Hotel staff is friendly and can speak english. The room is sizeable for 2 persons. There is a water dispenser on the floor which we stayed on. The hotel also dedicated a shelf at the reception stocked with necessities (eg. Shaver, shaving cream, cotton buds, even basic make up) which you can take. There is also a coffee machine, orange juice and water dispenser at the reception. Best part about the hotel is the location. It is very close to Ginza Station (just a short 5mins walk) and just next to the main shopping belt of Ginza with the luxury and other big brands. There is also a Family Mart and Lawson nearby, as well as a cafe downstairs and Starbucks near the hotel. Downside is the toilet looks a little old. But we are not fussy about it as it is clean enough, and for the affordable price paid, the hotel is a great find!

Hotel in a nice and quiet neighborhood and close by train station. It was very comfortable/clean and modern. The self check in/out is via a Kiosk but staff available and assist.

Good location as its near yurakucho line and main ginza St There is lawson and 711 nearby Coin laundry and microwave is also available in premise which is very convenient compared to mercure which is nearby

Super loved our stay. I thought the location was great: plenty of food options around for breakfast, lunch and dinner; the combination of luxury shopping streets and skyscrapers with the rustic traditional Japanese izakayas. The description of the hotel is accurate; rooms are clean and comfortable; all the amenities are super useful and well thought through. Service was very polite and nice.

Very conveniently located and like all Japanese hotels mostly clean and functional. Supposed to do online check in using the machine but the front office staff helped and went out of the way to help me sort out some change of hotel room when I moved from a bigger room to a smaller room (when my family left earlier). Will give 5 stars for their assistance despite not looking very friendly - they were helpful. The onsen was normal haha but given its a city hotel -wouldnt expect too much

Overall, it was a positive stay, particularly due to its prime location and comfortable accommodations. Location: As the name suggests, the hotel's biggest draw is its proximity to Tokyo Station. Just a few minutes' walk away, it provided easy access to various JR lines, subways, and the Shinkansen. This made exploring the city incredibly convenient, whether I was heading to popular sights like Shibuya Crossing or venturing further afield to Kamakura. Accommodations: My room was clean and well-maintained, with enough space for luggage and comfortable bedding. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as complimentary pajamas, toiletries, and an in-room coffee machine. Though compact, the room utilized space efficiently, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Other Highlights: Friendly staff: The hotel staff were consistently helpful and accommodating, addressing my needs promptly and with a smile. Delicious breakfast: The breakfast buffet offered a variety of Japanese and Western options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. Modern amenities: The hotel provided free Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and a luggage storage service, which were all convenient additions. Overall: If you're looking for a conveniently located, comfortable, and modern hotel in central Tokyo, the Karaksa Hotel Tokyo Station is a solid choice. Its prime location and friendly service make it a good option for both leisure and business travelers. While the rooms might be small for some, the comfortable amenities and delicious breakfast buffet more than compensate. Recommendation: I would recommend this hotel to travelers who prioritize location, comfort, and convenience. The room, albeit compact, maintains a tidy appearance. However, guests staying at lower levels may experience discomfort due to audible traffic noise from the adjacent main road. Only accommodations on higher floors offer a ”city view”; otherwise, the perspective is predominantly of the road. The location is commendable but not without its drawbacks. It necessitates a roughly 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station to the hotel. Despite this, the station's convenience facilitates swift access to various city areas. The vicinity of Ginza lacks a significant presence of chain restaurants, leading to a scenario where dining options tend to be premium-priced. The service quality is noteworthy, with staff proficient in English, enhancing the guest experience. A notable service includes the willingness to store luggage for a few hours post-checkout, adding to the convenience. Regarding amenities, the hotel's offerings are somewhat restricted, with the absence of microwaves and coin-operated laundry machines being notable limitations.

A British-style hotel full of Christian colors. There is an 18th-century statue of Jesus in the hotel lobby. There is a bilingual Bible in English and Japanese in a drawer in the hotel room. The breakfast at the hotel was great. The room design shows the Japanese's usual attention to detail. There are also good Japanese and Western restaurants around the hotel

Location is convenient, direct to and from Haneda only takes half an hour travel. Hotel is modern and new with good services. The only issue we had was the high pitched noise generated by wind blow into the room via window, and we had to keep the window open to get rid of the windy noise. Staff was helpful and very close to Higashi-Ginza station.
