Both service and location is amazing. For both traveling and business trip, the location is top notch. For transportation, you get access to hibiya line, Ginza line, yurakucho, shinbashi station which pretty much goes to everywhere. Ginza is right next to it, which is famous for shopping and food. You will have no trouble accessing any place in Tokyo with these lines. For business, mainly it is held at either marunouchi or kasumigaseki(government) both locations are very close. If you want to walk around in nature. There is a big park right in front of the hotel. Very satisfied with the location. Service is great as well, they pretty much solve any problems or question I had.

The room is nice and quite comfortable. We got a smoking room by my own mistake on booking and they are kind to allow us to switch to a smaller non smoking one. The staff was understanding and helpful despite booking was extremely full. We are very grateful for their help! The hotel is extremely central to Ginza and it’s rare u get such nice hotel there with this price and size! Would come back again.

If you want the classic exquisite hotel experience, this is the place. They have bell boy, they deliver news paper in the morning, larger bathroom and bedroom space. Also very nice view of the Tokyo. On some rooms, you can see the trains come and go at the Shimbashi Train Station. The hotel is right next to the Shimbashi Train Station, so a great place to get to anywhere in Tokyo. Overall we all loved the stay here.

This review will be hard to write, it's a very nice hotel but I also find it hard to recommend to tourists. Room: The Tokyo Tower view room is very pretty at night. The bed is comfy. I don't like having the closet on the opposite end of the sleeping area though, I find that very inconvenient when packing/getting ready. And for a hotel that opened in 2016, that TV is tiny and needs to be larger. The Aesop products are nice, and come in big bottles with pumps (which I prefer over tiny bottles). They also have the coolest slippers! Service: Concierge helped me reserve dinner, and had confirmation letter ready at check-in. Check-in/out was fast and easy. They offer free HH in lounge, I was pleasantly surprised to find live performance! Food offering during HH is pretty basic, but that's ok because I'd rather be eating in the city anyways. Evening turndown service could be enhanced a bit, may need to borrow a page from your colleagues at Grand Hyatt ;) Location: This is the one thing that truly sucks about this place for tourists. Toranomon Hills is a very business-heavy area, a ghost town after 6 p.m. There's no department stores, no shopping, only two convenience stores nearby, barely any dining options after 9 p.m. To do anything you'll need to get on a subway/taxi from hotel. The walk to the subway station is frankly a little longer than I like, but it's indoor underground which is nice for cold and rainy days. Overall, I would recommend a stay here if you're on a work trip and your office is in the area. Or you just have to check this place off your bucket list because of its design or the room with Tokyo Tower view. As a typical tourist in Tokyo who values convenience and accessibility to restaurants and shopping, I probably won't be back. It's a shame because this place has so much potential if it was in a better area, but I guess you can't have it all!

The breakfast is very simple and average, but you can go out to eat. The location is good, the bed is big and comfortable, and the service attitude is very good. We were traveling as a big family with young children age 2-5. We had requested some baby equipment. The reservation staff had provided us good information and we had baby fence and baby cot for our kids which was great. The rooms are bigger than expected. It is clean and comfortable. Very pleasant hotel and a terrific location which is 2 min away from the Shimbashi station. There is a family mart about 20s walk and we love that after we exit Shimbashi, go to family mart buy drinks and head to the hotel within 5 min! Hotel lobby at level 2 is constantly warm. Hotel room is small and we need to be creative in the placement of our luggage on the sofa and the table yet leaving room for the 2 human to move around easily. The toilet door open outward which is a bummer because it takes up space. The bathroom is decent size where both of us can stand inside to do hair or makeup. Overall, this has been a good experience for the price. We stayed for 3 nights and for the price, definitely value for money.

2 minutes walk from Shinbashi Station, 1 floor is a very convenient location called convenience store. Despite this, the price of 5000 yen for a single night stay. (I don't use the go to campaign) How about comfort? The size is about the same as the average business hotel in Tokyo. The cleaning was well done and there were minimal amenities. The interior is not known whether it is a new building or a renovation, but it is new, so it is comfortable to use water around and air cleaners are installed. Bedding was also comfortable. As a new corona virus countermeasure, there is a virus guard at the front desk, and the payment is done by a dedicated machine, so there is no physical contact with the staff. It is a hotel that can be used cheaply and safely, so it is scheduled to be used next time.

Perhaps there is a considerable difference in the satisfaction of the stay on the lower or higher floors from the street facing the room. The lower floor facing the opposite side of the hotel entrance is painful because of the cheers of the shop staff at night and the horn of the car until after midnight. The bad scenery doesn't bother me if the curtains are closed, but the sound comes in. I also feel that the bed width is short, but is it okay for foreigners? The bath is spacious in a compact but luxurious room, but the noise is crushing their advantages. I stayed for the theater and it was convenient because it was close to the theater and the station, but I don't want to stay again if I was assigned to the room on the back alley.

It is not a short distance from Shinbashi Station, but it is a short distance. Even from Karasumoriguchi Hibiyaguchi Dochika to the hotel, there are restaurants and it is lively. If you walk straight on the main street, you won't get lost. The hotel is new and clean and the staff are kind. There was no amenities cleansing face lotion emulsion in front of the elevator. There is a toothbrush cotton swab in the room. Pajamas are one-piece type. It was good that there were many outlets in various places. There was also USB. The shower is functional and comfortable. The toilet washbasin is also beautiful. I stayed in triple, but the twin bed was big and good. There was one kind of bread for the morning service, the first day was a croissant and the first day was Mahin. It seems that I have to go early. It was a hotel I wanted to stay again.

Surrounded around the area of the ginza corridor which is the area of loads of food stall, super easy accessibility to barneys ginza and other bigger high end brands too. Breakfast is pretty boring but tasty nontheless. Rooms is totally totally amazing with all the great sound system and very clean and pretty spacious for japan standard. Good location as just 6 minutes walk from the Shimbashi Station. Newly renovated in Dec 2023 so all the facilities are brand new. The staff members at the reception counter are nice and willing to help, and speak fluent English and Japanese. The corridor of the typical floors are too dim and it may not be suitable for someone with poor eyesight. Others are fine in general.

Location is very good as it is nearby the JR station, walking to the station within 5 minutes. There had 3-4 convenient stores around the hotel. We can buy the drinks and desserts at night. HAHA The staff was nice and helped me to change the non-smoke room as I booked the smoking room with misunderstanding. You can deposit the luggages at the lobby a day for free, so you don't need to take your gips to everywhere during the trips. However, the facilities and appliances were a bit old. The wall in the bathroom turned yellow.

I chose this hotel for 3 reasons: 1) To stretch my dollar as much as I can for 5 nights without sacrificing too much creature comfort, 2) Twin beds, 3) One direct train ride from Haneda Airport (Asakusa Line) – no switching trains with luggage please, especially when I can’t speak Japanese. Actually, there’s a fourth reason: 4) Easy connection to other train lines at Shimbashi Station. I have been to Tokyo several times before this. This hotel is very practical, nothing fancy, within walking distance from the train station, and lots of sights at doorstep. I don’t need a lot of services, just a good, clean, quiet, convenient place to stay.
