It was so dirty that I wondered if it had actually been cleaned (although that may be because it's old). There were squashed insects on the ceiling in the bathroom, the edge of the bed was dirty, the TV would get scratched even with the slightest obstruction, and the overall atmosphere was unsanitary, making it a room I would never stay in again. However, the bathroom and toilet were separate, the room was larger than a business hotel, and the price was cheaper, so those were good points.

The hotel is located at the west exit of Ikebukuro, about a 10-minute walk away. The location is excellent, with the Hall of Peace nearby. As it is an adult only hotel, there is a large bed and jacuzzi.

Satisfied, so I extended the reservation for another night, but I couldn't renew the original room. The room I moved to the next day was not as new as the first day. I wanted to add a bed but there was none. Check-in was after 9:00 pm and check-out was before 9:00 am, which didn't feel like checking out at 12:00.
