The hotel is very close to Tokyo Station. There's an underpass right after crossing one intersection, which is great for avoiding sun and rain. The room was pretty much as expected; it's a bit small, but that's not a major issue for a tourist trip. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

The location is fantastic! It's just a 10-minute walk from the Yaesu Exit of Tokyo Station, and Ginza-itchome is also about a 10-minute stroll from the hotel. The Imperial Palace is within a 30-minute walking radius. Tokyo Station itself is incredibly convenient for getting to Haneda and Narita airports, and for taking the Shinkansen to various parts of Japan. This is a really nice hotel, and the front desk even has Chinese-speaking staff (a ********* woman), so checking in was seamless without any language barriers. We stayed in a family room with three beds, and it was comfortable and reassuring.

hotel room is definitely spacious for a couple although we booked a room which can accommodate 4, but for tokyo standard, at this price point and space, it is worth the price paid for the comfort level quite a considerable walk from tokyo station yaesu exit to the hotel, basic amenities provided at the hotel reception area, snacks and light desserts provided at level 2 which is a nice touch turn left from hotel entrance will be a lawson store with another family mart and lawson down the road, can consider the nearer takashimaya compared to daimaru at tokyo station

Everything is excellent. The hotel is super new and clean. Hotel room is spacious and comfy. The staff are nice and helpful. The complimentary lounge is surprisingly great with variety drinks, alcohol, snacks and petite cakes. We can borrow card games and other amenities from the front desk, too. The location is super good. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The train stations and big shopping malls are just within walking distance. Lovely and we will rate It 5 over 5 stars.

This hotel is highly recommended for groups. They offer complimentary drinks and snacks daily. It's about a 10-minute walk from the JR station, which isn't too far. Location is super convenient, within walking distance of Tokyo station and therefore easy to travel around by public transport. Plenty of food options around. Rooms are ok. The highlight is the lounge on the second floor, with freeflow snacks and drinks. We find ourselves there every night just to wind down from a full day of sightseeing.

I am very satisfied with this hotel. They gave us a connecting room as a family if 5. We can’t do an early check in, but when we return our luggage has been sent to our room. Very convenient location as it’s a short walk to the Tokyo Station. You won’t regret choosing this hotel.

Walked 7 mins from Tokyo Station Yaesu Central exit, it’s a straight road down, convenient if you are using Tokyo Station as a base point to travel around Room size is small but functional The lounge area available between 1-10pm with self dispense beverage and sake with snacks are a plus point!
