The room is clean and quite spacious comparing with other hotels in Tokyo. It provides free snacks, drinks and a bottle of red wine, very generous! I would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Superb modern hotel. Suite was big enough, not sure about other rooms. Location fine for us, lots of restaurants around, beside Hotel restaurant which looked fine. We only had a day there, but wished we’d booked more.

The hotel room is comfortable, the overall service attitude of the staff, the cleanliness and the location are good. The transportation is convenient. There are convenience stores and shopping places near the hotel, and there are many types of restaurants. I will come back next time. 

The room is very clean and large. You don't have to worry about the inconvenience of opening your luggage. The breakfast is also good. The most important thing is that there is no Chinese service at the front desk. But next time I go back to Tokyo, I will consider this hotel first👍

Very modern and stylish. Free mini bar: the red wine is delicious

Very satisfied, the location is very good, only five or six minutes walk to the station, there are several shopping malls nearby, shopping and eating are very convenient, next time I will stay here again

The room is big and has many gifts

I was a little nervous before entering the room, but once I got there it was clean and had plenty of amenities. The bathroom is made of glass, but I was able to hide it from view with the curtain and door.

The decoration is exquisite, the environment is clean, and the facilities are complete (many small details that guests may need have been taken into consideration). The room is not large but practical enough, and the service is very attentive.
