First time booking through Trip.com, and it was reliable! The hotel's environment and location are both good, and there's even parking nearby! The price is reasonable! Much better than some local B&Bs (which ridiculously charge a 200 yuan cleaning fee 😜). There are also attractions nearby.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The new location is simply amazing, and I can't stop raving about it. The customer service was top-notch, and the check-in process was a breeze. I'm so impressed with everything, it's definitely a must-stay!

The room was great, although a bit small, it had everything I needed. It's also quite close to Senso-ji Temple, making it very convenient for getting around. The service was excellent too! The only minor issue is that it's not very soundproof. On a positive note, their shampoo is really good, thumbs up!

Not bad for a short stay as the price is very affordable and near some hot spots worth staying if you are spending less time in hotel.

The transportation is incredibly convenient. The hotel is just 100 meters from the Ginza Line and 500 meters from the Asakusa Line, which offers a direct route to Narita Airport for only 1137 yen. There's also another Toei Line within 500 meters. We had a fantastic time!

Strategic location, easy to access from and to Airport. Near to station and facility provided was good.

The room size was decent, but the bathroom was incredibly small. This was my first time in Japan encountering a hotel without a bathtub – if you're a bit larger, you can't even turn around in there! On the first day, there was an unknown strange smell in our room, although they did move us to a different room later. Breakfast was a set menu, either Western or Japanese. While the taste was good, eating the same thing every day got quite repetitive.

Hotel quite spacious... most importantly is clean. Near to places i wanted to visit.

Near metro train station and many restaurants. For big person might be tight for toilet. Cleaning day only 3 days one time with 2 bottles of water. Free drink until 9:00 pm. And coffee 24 hours

The photo review for standard semi double non smoking room ＞ room too small, not comfortable for 2 person with the luggages, can only open 1 luggage at one time. the room might be suitable for 1 person only. Personally I do not recommend this room for long stay unless you are solo traveller. But other facilities & hotel location really good. Only 1 minute walk to Tawaramachi Station (ginza line).

Small bedroom. Not ideal for travelling with large baggage. Some items like water is not refilled everyday but they sell it for 100yen. They offer free coffee 24hrs. Amenities includes blower, heater, shower. Nice area with lot options for food choices, from convenience stores to local restuarants. 2-3mins walk to Tawaramachi station and 11mins to Asakusa St. with elevator access which can also be the station direct to Airport

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable.

I happened to visit during the Sensoji Temple parade, which made it a bit noisy. The room was a little small, but the location was excellent. The subway station and convenience stores are very close, which was super convenient. Plus, the hotel has a smoking room, which is a nice touch for smokers.
