Tosei Hotel Cocone Tsukiji Ginza Premier

This was my second stay here. It's incredibly convenient for getting to Ginza; you can catch a bus in just a two-minute walk, or take the subway from a station 9 minutes away to reach various areas. Being right next to Tsukiji Market also makes shopping and dining options excellent. The hotel facilities are practical, clean, and tidy, and there's a hot spring bath on the second floor. The hotel breakfast is also very good. I'm very satisfied.

This time for my Tokyo trip, I stayed at the Henn na Hotel Tokyo Tsukiji. It's a relatively new urban business hotel that focuses on location and practical amenities, making it perfect for exploring the Tsukiji and Ginza areas. The hotel's location is its biggest highlight. It's just a few minutes' walk from Tsukiji Outer Market, so you can easily grab sushi and seafood snacks for breakfast right after stepping out in the morning. The Ginza shopping district is within walking distance, and it's about a seven to eight-minute walk to Tsukiji Station and Higashi-Ginza Station. From there, you can smoothly take the subway to Asakusa and Tokyo Station. There are also plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, offering many choices for daily shopping and late-night snacks, so you don't have to worry about food or getting around. The overall facilities are very new, and the public areas are simple and modern. The guest rooms are clean and tidy, and for a hotel of its class in Tokyo, the space is decent—you can fully open your luggage. The bedding is neither too soft nor too hard, providing a good night's sleep, and the bathroom facilities are brand new with complete amenities. The room's air conditioning is powerful, making for a comfortable stay even during the peak summer heat. It meets all the needs for a typical city travel accommodation. One major plus for an urban hotel is the public bath (onsen). After a day of exploring, a soak can really help alleviate walking fatigue. There's also a self-service laundry room, which is very convenient for washing clothes on longer trips. The lobby offers complimentary tea, showing great attention to detail. Objectively, there are a few minor downsides. During the hot summer, the walk from the hotel to the subway station can be a bit exposed to the sun. The public bath can get crowded during peak hours in the evening. Also, there aren't many self-service washing machines, so you might have to wait in line during peak tourist season. The breakfast selection mainly consists of simple Japanese dishes, with seafood bowls being a specialty, and the taste is decent. Overall, if you prioritize the Tsukiji location, want to experience a public bath, and are looking for good value for money, this hotel is a solid choice, especially for foodies and city sightseeing tourists.

The hotel is huge and very new. Even our driver said it was excellent. There's a free onsen, and the room was spacious enough for two suitcases to be fully open. The attention to detail was impressive. I'd definitely stay here again.

We were a group of five, two families, and booked two rooms. The standard double room wasn't huge but was clean enough, and the hotel's toiletries were good. Breakfast was a bit simple with limited variety, but the service was good. It's about a ten-minute walk to Ginza, and the surrounding area is very lively. Overall, highly recommended, especially the triple room which offers great value for money!

My friend recommended this hotel, and the location is excellent, right next to the Tsukiji Market. You can grab breakfast from the market downstairs and bring it back to eat while it's still warm. Both Tsukiji Station and Tsukiji-shijo Station are very close by, and Higashi-Ginza isn't far either, making transportation very convenient. The hotel also has a gym, though I didn't get a chance to use it. Guests can enjoy free access to the public bath, which is a really nice perk – free hot baths every day! There's also a common area with a great selection of manga, including many popular titles. Plus, there's a free coffee machine on the first floor. Rooms are cleaned daily, or you can hang a 'do not disturb' sign if you prefer. Overall, I think it's a fantastic hotel.
