We have all the relevant documentation and award certificates to verify this, and we would be happy to share them with you upon request.We were, however, deeply concerned to read your comment about the towels being unclean. Please accept our sincere apologies for this unacceptable oversight. Cleanliness is our top priority, and we have taken your feedback very seriously. Immediately after receiving your review, we conducted a thorough investigation and have since implemented stringent corrective measures, including retraining our housekeeping team and reinforcing our quality control procedures. We have also taken disciplinary action where necessary to ensure that such issues do not recur.Regarding your point about the television – we understand that you previously did not watch TV much but now feel you would like one in the room. Please allow us to explain our policy: we require guests to place a cleaning door hanger on the outside of the door to signal that they wish their room to be serviced. This is not meant to inconvenience you, but rather to protect your privacy and security. Without such a signal, our housekeeping staff cannot know whether you are in the room, and we strictly avoid entering occupied rooms to prevent any intrusion or disturbance. We also limit cleaning to the morning and early afternoon to ensure that all rooms are completed efficiently and that our staff do not interrupt your rest or work during the later hours. Nevertheless, we hear your concern and will explore ways to make this process more flexible and better communicated to our guests.We also appreciate your honest observation that our staff, while friendly, sometimes appeared too frequently.
