Had a really good stay at Mercure Haneda Tokyo Airport. The room was always kept clean and the housekeeping staff were very polite and friendly. Really appreciated the good service throughout my stay.
The location was also quite convenient. It’s closer to Otorii Station East Exit, so getting to and from the hotel was pretty easy. It’s also a convenient choice if you’re flying from Haneda Airport, especially for an early flight.
I had the dinner set at the hotel and really enjoyed it. The staff were very accommodating with my dietary request and made the effort to arrange something suitable for me. Really appreciate how helpful and understanding they were.
One thing to note is that the hotel is close to the train tracks, so I could hear the trains from my room. It wasn't a big issue for me, but if you’re a light sleeper or prefer a very quiet room, it may be better to request a room on the opposite side of the tracks.
Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff, good housekeeping and a convenient location. I’d be happy to stay here again when I’m flying from Haneda.
