Perfect location, close to shopping and tourist attractions. And of course the view over Tokyo Tower

I'd heard great things about this hotel and always wanted to stay here. The rooms are beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. Even the hallways, rooms, lounge, and restaurant are all super photogenic. You absolutely *have* to try their signature TKG for breakfast – it was mind-blowing! I can't help but wonder if this restaurant will be earning Michelin stars in the future.

This is my second time staying at a hotel near Toranomon Station. It's incredibly convenient with two subway lines, making it easy to get to Ginza without the usual crowds of other city centers. The area around the hotel is mostly underground, so you don't have to worry about rain when getting around. The rooms are simple and clean, and there's even a lounge with a view of Tokyo Tower. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The complimentary lounge access and mini-bar were a really nice touch! It's right above a subway station with a shopping complex downstairs, making both daily life and transportation incredibly convenient. I'd definitely be willing to stay here often.

Rooms are comfortable and generously sized, featuring a convenient split bathroom design with separate areas for the sink, shower, and toilet. The in-room purified water system provides fresh, great-tasting water, promoting both hygiene and environmental sustainability. Guests have complimentary access to a fully-equipped gym. A major highlight is the complimentary lounge, offering various workstations, internet access, and a selection of snacks and drinks, with stunning direct views of Tokyo Tower 🗼 at night. Most thoughtfully, it also provides rest areas, showers, and luggage storage services for early arrivals and guests who have already checked out.

Clean room, love the view

If you're looking for a hotel with a Tokyo Tower view and excellent value for money, the newly opened Hyatt is a great choice. It's directly accessible from Toranomon Hills, right off the Toranomon subway exit, with luxury hotels like Andaz, Edition, and Okura also nearby. I simply wanted to avoid those overly trendy, 'Instagrammable' spots. Arriving at night, the moment I opened the door, I was struck by the view – that window alone made the room rate worthwhile. The facilities lost a point because there's no bathtub, and the bathroom setup felt quite basic for a Tokyo hotel. But it wasn't a big deal, as the complimentary minibar made up for it. I also appreciated that they didn't require a pre-authorization, even though I didn't have my credit card on me. The hotel's location is fantastic, though there are very few convenience stores open past midnight nearby. Everything else was perfect, and the bar on the ground floor had a fantastic atmosphere.

The location is fantastic! It's connected to a mall and offers views of the tower. Toranomon feels quite upscale, with many exhibitions to see, and it's a great place to shop. I ended up buying a bunch of stuff here.

Conveniently located with well-appointed facilities, it's spotlessly clean, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, I was very satisfied.

The hotel itself is pleasant, and the staff were very friendly. While the location isn't particularly convenient, getting around by taxi was perfectly fine. Our tower-view room was a little small, but the view was fantastic. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Paying 3000 a night for this place, it's really no different from a budget hotel. The sink is incredibly low, making it awkward to wash up whether standing or sitting. And don't even get me started on the toilet; your legs go numb after 20 seconds. It's definitely not worth the high price; there are so many better options out there.

This June, I brought my pregnant wife to Tokyo to celebrate her birthday and enjoy a trip. Huge thanks to the hotel staff for their incredible care and hospitality! **Location:** The hotel's location is fantastic, right by the subway station with easy access to two different lines. It made getting around incredibly convenient – Tokyo Tower and Ginza are very close, and even getting to Haneda Airport by subway was a breeze. Plus, there's a convenience store just around the corner. **Room:** Our room was surprisingly spacious for Tokyo, comparable to what we're used to back home. The 24-hour lounge was a definite bonus, though key card access is required after 8 PM. **Breakfast:** Breakfast was absolutely delicious! Each morning offered a delightful combination of à la carte main courses and a varied buffet, leaving us thoroughly satisfied. We enjoyed trying different main dishes every day of our three-day stay. While some buffet items remained consistent, a good selection rotated daily. **Overall:** A special shout-out and huge thank you to Haruna at the front desk and Front Desk Manager Takeshi for their outstanding assistance. They graciously allowed us to check in early. And after learning it was my wife's birthday, they went above and beyond, letting us light candles in our non-smoking room (they even temporarily disabled the smoke detector for us!). Japan is known for its strict regulations, but we found the staff incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this place!

I have stayed at this hotel few times now, and still love it very much. Location is good, close to two different subway lines as well as walking distance to great spots in Tokyo. Restaurant and the bar are really good and gym facilities is not bad (small, but good enough). Staff can be pretty casual but all friendly and helpful.
