Location in such a prime area! Price point is acceptable, and the design of this hotel is top notch! You can take tons of good photo, and the hotel is very very clean! Nothing to complaint about!

The hotel environment is nice and very new. The bed is extremely comfortable, and after long days of shopping until late at night, it was very relaxing to be able to take a bath and rest before sleeping. However, there is one very important issue that seriously needs improvement‼️ The attitude of the front desk staff was very poor, especially during the morning shift. I stayed for four nights, and during the last two days, the front desk repeatedly failed to prepare bathrobes for my child. At times we were told that there were no children’s bathrobes available, and at other times we were told to come downstairs to collect them ourselves. The explanations were inconsistent, and the attitude was unhelpful. In addition, the supplies in the bathing area were not properly replenished. For two consecutive days, cups were not refilled, and the lotion was also not topped up. Overall, the hotel has good facilities, but the front desk service and attention to detail significantly affected the overall stay. I sincerely hope the management will address these issues and make improvements.
