The hotel was very easy to find, and the location is clearly described, super convenient when calling an Uber. The staff all speak English and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean, cozy, and well-decorated. You can really feel the attention to detail. It’s about a 10–15 minute walk to Shibuya Junction, so it’s close enough to the action but still peaceful at night. If I travel alone again, this is definitely the place I’d revisit.

It feels like an upscale hotel for solo traveller. I’d stayed in private room with shared toilet. It feels like an upscale hotel for solo traveller, indeed with the neat modern deco. The room is basic and small with no TV but with sink and small fridge. Not very suitable for 2 person as there is no space to lay down your bag-pack (dont even mention cabin size luggage). 3 star for the room service, as throughout my stay they never replenish the basic amenities like drinking water, tea, cups makeup my bed etc, even though I’ve put on the request for room service. However welldone to the hotel service desk and restaurant staff for giving their tip top service and most of them speak decent english. Hotel information is accessible by scanning the QR code. It could be improve by listing down the main menu below the code, which perhaps draw better attention to guest to explore more.

The fact that the restroom was shared was annoying I booked the hotel in a rush (and it wasn’t cheaper than normal hotels) and i didn’t notice that restrooms are shared.

I had a good stay. The staff was friendly and spoke English very well! I didn’t notice that it was an hostel when I booked the room, but I have to say that the shared showers and toilets were always super clean, no matter the time of the day.  Rooms are very small, it’s hard to open your suitcase and it felt a bit like a prison cell but for one person it was okay. Unfortunately my room was near a car mechanic so I was woken up early everyday and couldn’t enjoy a nice and long rest in the morning.

We had children running in our floor during the night, the reception was not available. The fact that we didn't had a bathroom was also quite frustrating. Wouldn't come again.

The room was clean and tidy, and the transportation was convenient.

I visited at the end of July and am finally getting around to writing a review. It's about a 20-minute walk at a normal pace from Shibuya Crossing. For the price, the room was excellent – there was enough space for two small suitcases, and the bed was very comfortable. It also featured a private bathroom and was well-equipped, far exceeding my expectations! Highly recommended.

The room was small, and the bathroom was tiny. On the upside, the location was quite convenient, with Shibuya Station just a 15-minute walk away.

Reasonable & different type of hotel environment . Laundry is just beside hotel . 6 minutes walk to Shibuya Scramble Square . However convenience store is not directly below the hotel

Place was great, super modern and all employees spoke English. Clean all around, including the shared bathrooms. Only thing is it’s like a 12 minute walk to the main Shibuya area. Little far but not the biggest concern unless it’s raining.

The hotel is located 10 min walk from Shibuya stream and train station. The staff was amazing and the service was great! They offer lots of things for they’re guests! Beer for free from 15:00-18:00, and they also gave me 2 coupons for free drink between 18:00-21:00. Also, soft drinks are for free 24/7. For smokers there is a small rooftop on the 7th floor that you can chill there as well, play pool and drink something. Also they offer cleansing gel, face wash, razors etc for free. The room was very cozy, not that small as most of the hotels in Tokyo, and everything was very clean. The breakfast was amazing and they offer several of options. I also had dinner (they serve until 22:00). I order ceasar salad that was incredibly tasty, and a burger that was so so. But in general the overall experience was wonderful! For sure ill be back!

This is a really impressive place for a hostel. The private rooms are small but clean, comfy and perfectly suited to a couple staying a night or two in Shibuya.

Great hotel! Bed was very comfortable, bathrooms very clean and have Dyson hair dryers, free beer for a hour everyday in the afternoon. Walking distance to shibuya crossing and station. Only bad thing I can say is that the room was very very small. Had to open our suitcases on the bed as the floor space was non existent.
