I'll never book this place again as their door lock battery will went flat every two days, staying here for 7D6N the door lock battery run out every two days on 17, 19 & 21Oct, n we being locked outside at 10-11pm! Imagine you're out with young kids whole day return to the apartment late at nite tired & exhausted in need of rest but being locked outside of the apartment! When I complaint to the hotel guest support it seem to be my problem of not replying them when they alerting me thru a tablet in room, how the hell I know that I suppose to read a message from a in room tablet? Am I suppose to bring that tablet out & response to them from time to time? This is just so ridiculous! How can a functional door lock battery went flat every two days! It obviously the door lock is faulty yet the management is not taking any preventive action but blaming the guest of not responding them thru a in room tablet!

The basic facilities are complete, the place is clean, and the surrounding environment is quiet, but there are also restaurants. There is a BBQ restaurant nearby that is cheap but tastes good, but it is far from the subway station.

It's a 15-minute walk from Sensoji Temple and a 20-minute walk from the subway station. Finding a 60-square-meter B&B in Tokyo is rare. The amenities were excellent, and the bedding in the three rooms was clean and comfortable. It's a very good value. Disposable toiletries were conveniently available downstairs. We encountered a minor issue upon check-in, but it was quickly resolved. The only downside was a slight odor in the room and the lack of late check-out. I'd definitely consider staying here again.

This self-catering family hotel has a nice sense of space! There are also shared cooking utensils available, which we used to cook for the kids a few nights in the evenings! The hotel is incredibly thoughtful and very clean; we and the kids had a wonderful stay!

Extremely satisfied. The Japanese-style room was fully equipped and very thoughtfully designed. It was very clean, and each room had pajamas, towels, and other amenities. There's a convenience store downstairs, which was great! I'll definitely stay here again when I'm in Tokyo, and I'll also recommend it to my family and friends.
