I loved everything about it! The apartment was clean, cozy, and perfectly matched the description. The location was convenient, with everything we needed nearby. The apartment was comfortable and had all the essentials for a pleasant stay. Check-in was relatively smooth. We would gladly stay here again.

The location is great, situated between Hatagaya and Hatsudai stations, and it's just one stop to Shinjuku. The price is also good, and the neighborhood is quiet. There's even a mini-bus that goes to Shibuya, Yoyogi Park, and Harajuku, plus a convenience store nearby! However, the road noise is quite significant, and dust accumulates easily. The door to the terrace is right next to the bed, and since it opens directly onto the road, ventilation is a bit tricky. Also, the curtains are very thin; if you open the blackout curtains, you can see right into the building across the street, which was a bit awkward, haha. On the bright side, the room gets a lot of natural sunlight, which was lovely. If they could just improve the soundproofing a bit, it would be even better. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

For Tokyo, the room size isn't small; there's enough space to open a suitcase on the floor. The room is quite new and clean, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, towels, and toiletries. There's even a washing machine. The location is a convenient 10-minute walk from Hatsudai station, which is just one stop away from Shinjuku. Near Hatsudai station, there are plenty of dining options, including over 20 ramen, sushi, and other restaurants to choose from.

Great house! Just a heads-up, the floor could use a bit more cleaning. But the location is super convenient, which is fantastic! If the price is right, I'd definitely stay here again next time!!
