Great location, bigger than the average Tokyo hotel room and equipped with 2 in 1 washing and dryer machine. 2 min walk to train station and convenience store. Limited daily cleaning (empty trash and change towels only)

Few minutes walk away from sengakuji station, hotel staffs were friendly and speaks english. A fuss free hotel for budget friendly travellers. There were nearby convenience stores, netflix & youtube on tv, and best thing is the washing machine for fresh clothes everyday!

While the location (for airport access) and price were the primary reasons for picking this property, it’s unlikely I would stay again. The main issue I have is the lack of room servicing over the 5-day period of my stay.  Only towels are changed on a daily basis (if requested), and the in-room guidance suggests that additional charges may apply if more extensive room servicing is required.  If this had been my own home, I would have been vacuuming and cleaning on a daily basis, however there is no ability to do this, other than keeping the room tidy and organised, which is a necessity given its small size.  Combined with the smelly shower curtain (or perhaps there was another reason for the bad smell in the bathroom), the overall restrictive size of the room, the stained upholstery on one of the room chairs, the property did not leave me overly impressed, and what’s even more amazing, the sofa in the main lobby also had significant staining of its upholstery, in a location where everyone can see.  I’ve stayed in Japanese hotels of this type for years, and even other Tokyu Stays, and I have not experienced these issues before, and on this basis I feel the management need to give more attention to keeping the place clean.

The hotel is just next to the Sengakuji station exit 2(nearest) . Travelers can just take Keiku Line from Haneda Airport directly to reach the hotel. Easily to assess most of the neighbourhoods places within walking distance (friendly pathways) exploring Tokyo city , parks , various of dinning cuisines and etc . Strongly recommended !!!

I was given a very big room to stay at and I must say I'm very happy with the amenities and services provided to me and my friend when we stayed for 4 nights. The receptionists are all very friendly and helpful in terms of responding to the questions and issues I had during my stay. The amazing thing was that they allowed me and my friend to leave our luggage at the hotel on the day we checked out so that me and my friend were able to go get lunch and explore the area around the hotel a bit more before we needed to leave for Osaka in the late afternoon. Overall I would really recommend staying here when you're visiting Kyoto. Furthermore, there's a bus stop just right outside the hotel whereby you can take the bus to go to the main Kyoto area or anywhere you like.

Very small rooms (normal for Tokyo), washing machine was an added bonus. Not a great location for walking to amenities but station is only round the corner

Located just outside the Metro station, it was very convenient to catch the Asakusa line to Narita airport. Have stayed at multiple Tokyu Stays they don’t disappoint. It’s very comfortable and love the washing machine and microwave in the room. Not much in the surrounding area but easy enough to get around with the metro.

This is actually an extremely well located hotel because the entrance to the metro (A7, Sengakuji) along the Keikyu/Asakusa line is actually just 150/200m around the corner and that brings you direct to/from Haneda! We got to the Haneda literally in 18mins on the Limited Express (slightly longer depending on the actual service but even the Local is under half an hour)! Rooms were clean and well equipped with a washing machine! Staff was friendly and they were actually the ones who gave me the directions and best timing for the Haneda train. Do note if you arrive at Shinagawa JR, you should just take the Metro one stop to A7. We didn't realize this coming in by shinkansen and eventually ended up cabbing. Highly recommended if you want a convenient location get to and from Haneda. Nothing much near the hotel itself in terms of food etc but again the metro is just so conveniently located!

The hotel is very close to Sengakuji metro station and Takanawa Gateway Yamanote Line station. It’s about 30 min from everywhere and extremely close to Haneda Airport. So transport and location are extremely good. They only clean the room once every week though, and every day they only change the dustbin and towels. They do have a washing machine which is life changing if you travel with an infant.

Located right outside of Sengakuji subway station. Theres lift near the exit for travellers with suitcases. The twin room is spacious and the washer/driver was very useful. Theres microwave in the room with plates and cutleries. Not many food options nearby but convenient stores available close by. Luggage storage service is excellent, highly recommended.

I am not a fussy traveler so this room met my needs adequately: no daily housekeeping but clearing of trash at no extra charge, in-room washer and dryer, in-room microwave, and an en suite bathroom. I found its value very reasonable for all it provided!

Located in business district, not much of a nightlife nearby. Good for travelers like us (Family) who prefers quiet and peace at night. 24hrs food option only Nakau and Yamazaki Daily convenience store. Most food options nearby opens at 10/11am and closes around 9/10pm due to business area. There are parking lots but not sure why Hotel does not allow guest to park on site. Would be good if hotel can consider allowing parking for guest (chargeable or not up to them) at least have an option. Parking is a nightmare around this area, we had 2 rental cars on the first night and had to wake up early and drive out of carpark by 6am to return the car at 8am to avoid charges of JPY440/15mins block = JPY1,760 per hour x 2 cars x 2hrs = JPY 7,040 !! Yamanote line (Takanawa Gateway) is 5mins walk while Sengakuji station runs right below the hotel. Good thing exit of Sengakuji station nearest to hotel has lift so your luggage is not bothersome. Train to Haneda airport is also within Sengakuji station. Very convenient. Only simple housekeeping (no bedsheet changing). This might be bothersome to some but it's fine for us. We broke up our booking so we changed room in the middle of the scheduled stay period. In all, will return to this hotel again for it's location.

Personal Washer cum dryer in the room is such a god send! That is why we chose this hotel again, although the location is not totally ideal. However going to the airport is very convenient as the metro station is just a few steps away.
