5/5PerfectThe location was great, about 10 mins walk to station, and there's convenient shop just down next to the hotel. Room although is a bit smaller than expected but is clean. The staff is helpful and friendly, breakfast was good.

3.7/5Really not bad overall but a few points: 1. The room is super small, with sink in the room itself, as it was two of us in a twin room that is not the most convenient layout for a twin room; 2. There’s basically no amenities, breakfast not included and we barely saw the lobby, just room and out; 3. We asked for an upgrade and although we booked twin room for 6 nights, we have no special arrangement, they just offered us a very high price to upgrade the room; understandable if you book for 1-2 nights, but we booked for 6!!! 4. Overall at this kind of price, which is not so high in Tokyo but still high overall, there was no kind of extra that you would expect from a 4 star hotel, not even one free breakfast. As we come from china, the room size, the attention we received and the extra amenities we got was a bit poor. Overall we enjoyed our stay but I won’t book it again when we will be back. As we are travelling for business this is not ideal for the hotel, recommend them to give some attention to business travellers as we always need to return.

4/5Very GoodEverything is better than expected. I like the Japanese bathroom the most. I stayed in a single bed room and I highly recommend lone traveler which doesn’t need luxury to try this out.
