APA Hotel and Resort Roppongi Ekihigashi

Well my friend & i we both took single occupancy. The onsen & excellent & also the swimming pool is good. Water pressure indeed great. Check in & out super fast. They have excellent view from top. Plus bonus they speak english very well. The elevator is quite secure. If only they have press machine for packing clothes would be great.

Good location depending on what you're keen to do in Tokyo - there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby, as well as the Tokyo Tower, and two different metro stations. Staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke enough English that I could check in and later leave my bags for the day without any issues. Pleasant, comparatively spacious rooms.

Terrible customer service. The lady check-in staff was so rude and gave me a "look of disgust" when I tried to check-in using their auto check-in machine without realizing that the normal check-in was at 3pm. I was not aware that if I checked-in using their machine before 3pm, I would have to pay additonal 5,000yen as there was NO notice on the automated machine stating this! NONE of the hotel staff were friendly to foreigners, non-Japanese guests. They are only nice to Japanese guests. I will NEVER recommend anyone of my foreign friends to stay in this hotel.

9/10 for location - a 5 mins flat walk from station. The facility is very good - large onsen with open-air bath. Swimming pool has good view of Azabudai Hills. Room is good as expected (on a smaller side but has everything, luggage can be stored under bed). Staff is helpful.
