The room was very clean and comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. I would definitely stay here again.

I had already checked in when booking, providing my personal information and passport photo, and received an email confirmation from the Airbnb. However, two days before check-in, I received another email from the Airbnb requesting a check-in link. I still hadn't received the check-in instructions or security key the day before check-in, so I immediately contacted Trip.com customer service to follow up. I also checked the check-in information through the Airbnb's confirmation email, but they required me to provide my personal information and passport photo again – three separate requests for one check-in! Finally, I received the check-in instructions only half an hour before check-in. Advantages: Two-bedroom unit available, reasonable price. Disadvantages: About a 10-minute walk from the station, located near a train stop and a main road, so it's very noisy. There was a lot of hair near the washing machine, and the Airbnb didn't provide any toiletries. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to friends.

It's a guesthouse/homestay. Communication is entirely via email, with contactless check-in and check-out. After booking, you'll receive an email with a form. The hotel will then send you the password and other important information the day before your arrival. There was a small misunderstanding: I booked for two people on Ctrip, but the room could accommodate three. The guesthouse emailed me saying I was missing information for the third person. After a few emails, the misunderstanding was cleared up.
