I am writing this to share my honest experience staying at this property. Unfortunately, it did not meet the expectations set by the listing, and the service was very disappointing.
1. Discrepancy in Amenities:
We booked a room with 4 beds, and the listing photos clearly showed all beds fully prepared with linens and covers. However, upon arrival, only 2 beds were set up. When we requested the remaining linens, the management was unhelpful, which was very inconvenient for our group.
2. Communication and Service:
The communication with the management was the most distressing part of our stay. When I politely reached out via chat to resolve the linen issue, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. I felt the tone of the communication was unnecessarily harsh and intimidating, which made our stay feel very uncomfortable.
3. Facility Limitations:
Future guests should be aware that this property does not have a reception desk. Consequently, there is no option to store luggage after check-out. This was not clearly communicated and made our departure logistics quite difficult.
As a frequent traveler and a loyal customer of this booking platform, I find it unacceptable for a property to provide service that feels so dismissive of its guests. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you value professional communication and accuracy in room setup."
