The location is super convenient! The closest subway station is on the Oedo Line, just a 5-7 minute walk away. The Marunouchi Line is about 10-12 minutes. We mostly used the Oedo Line (E29), which is only two stops to Shinjuku. We were a party of three, and while the room wasn't huge, it had everything we needed. There's even a balcony, which was great for drying clothes. The kitchen facilities were complete. There's an Aeon convenience store right outside the subway station, and a larger Aeon supermarket with a wide variety of goods is just a 10-minute walk away, open until 11 PM. The host is from Shanghai and was incredibly hospitable. Communication regarding our needs before and during check-in was very smooth.

The room was clean and tidy, and the location was great – very close to the subway, making it convenient to get anywhere. All the amenities in the room were complete, so you could even cook for yourself. Located in a residential area, it was very quiet. Overall, quite good.

A good hotel for budget travelers. It's affordable, in a nice area, and has everything you need for your stay. It was a bit cramped for the three of us, but comfortable. I recommend it!

The photos are of the room after we'd lived in it for five days! The room is small, but it's fully equipped with appliances: a washing machine, fridge, microwave, stove, pots, pans, and dishes – everything you need. We even cooked instant noodles for breakfast. As for transportation, it's a 6-7 minute walk to the Oedo Line and about a 25-minute walk to Shinjuku, so you can easily stroll back after dinner. There are two supermarkets near the guesthouse, about a ten-minute walk away, both frequented by locals. One has an apple logo; we went three times because it's cheaper than the convenience stores, which I'd recommend to other guests. There are also two convenience stores within a five-minute walk, which is very handy. This was my first time staying in a guesthouse instead of a hotel, and it exceeded my expectations – it really felt like home.

The room was spacious! We had no problem opening two suitcases, and there was even a table to sit and eat at. The room also had an outdoor balcony, and it was tidy and clean! Seriously, every nook and cranny was spotless. It came with a full set of appliances and tableware – we only ended up buying some groceries to cook on the fourth night, haha! The host was really nice! When we left, my child accidentally packed the hairdryer, thinking it was mine. The host simply asked us to mail it back, and didn't charge us for it, though I truly apologize as it wasn't intentional! 🙏 There's no room cleaning service and no elevator, so I carried my luggage up myself. However, for luggage assistance, you can inform the host of your arrival time beforehand, and someone can help carry it up. I hadn't anticipated this, but the host was kind enough to let me check out late ✨️ Overall, a great experience! Highly recommend it!

The accommodation was clean and well-partitioned, making for a comfortable stay. It was also great that the bathroom had no odors.

Pretty good, I'd probably stay here again next time. It's quite convenient.
