This guesthouse is really nice. My child traveled alone and chose this place themselves. The room was great, well-equipped, and clean. It's also very convenient for getting around, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The neighborhood is handy too, with convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. My child carelessly left their razor in the room, and the staff contacted me immediately, which I really appreciate. We'll definitely be back next time. Highly recommended!

For its affordable price, the room size is definitely generous for the Tokyo area. It's fully equipped with a fridge, washing machine, and microwave, and they even thoughtfully provide some cutlery and cookware, as well as a shower gel set and laundry detergent. Just remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. It's about a 6-minute walk from Otsuka (Tokyo) Station, the surrounding area is quiet, and there are various convenience stores to choose from. The soundproofing in the room is also excellent. Plus, there's a small balcony.

My recent business trip stay at Minami-Otsuka Third Apartment exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and tidy, the living environment was quiet and comfortable, and the apartment's amenities were comprehensive. The furniture is quite old; I didn't even want to sit on the sofa. The place wasn't very clean; there was leftover food on the table. The toilet had a foul smell, and it was unpleasant every time I went in. I had an appointment, but there was no staff to help with check-in. When I asked, they said they had other guests to attend to. If that's the case, there's no need to make an appointment. On the day of check-in, several guests were checking in at the same time. The staff casually showed my passport photo to another guest, mistaking them for me. They paid no attention to guest privacy.
