Fairmont Tokyo

Having stayed at numerous Fairmont hotels across North America, I can confidently say that the Tokyo location offers the best service quality. We had a wonderful time, and I'm very grateful. The hotel is very new, the views are stunning, and the rooftop bar is unforgettable 🌹

The Fairmont Tokyo is a classic, and this particular Fairmont has completely changed my perception of all previous Fairmonts—it's absolutely perfect. The rooms here are spacious, the lobby is grand, and on the first floor, the adorable and charming black dog welcomes guests as this is a pet-friendly hotel. The bed and pillows are top-notch, the internet connection is good, and the hot water in the bathroom has excellent pressure and is incredibly easy to adjust temperature-wise. But the best part is the service! They seamlessly transition between Japanese, English, and Chinese. The doorman even remembers guests by name from months ago, making you want to return again and again. It's truly perfect! After staying here, I suddenly feel pretty good about being an Accor member.

The service, ambiance, and facilities were all excellent, but the breakfast was, hands down, the most unappetizing I've ever had at a hotel of this caliber. It wasn't terrible, but it simply didn't justify the price; it was so bland I can barely describe it. On another note, the front desk lady, a ********* woman with short hair, masterfully hid her condescension behind politeness and her disdain within her words. It wasn't that I couldn't see through it; it was more like I wasn't even worth her attention. Nevertheless, you certainly left a memorable impression, for your hotel and your work.

The room was spacious and the service was excellent! The staff were all very kind. The environment was great, and they even gave me a Serene doll! Too bad I didn't get to see Serene this time, and I missed the pool opening hours... I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tokyo!

This hotel, opened just last year, offers a more budget-friendly option compared to other luxury brands in Tokyo. It's quite close to Haneda Airport, about a 20-minute taxi ride away. The hotel entrance on the first floor has a large overhang, and they can arrange taxis at the door, which is very convenient when it's raining. Check-in is on the 35th floor, and the room with a Tokyo Tower view offers a great panorama. The lobby and the semi-buffet breakfast are also on the 35th floor. The floral arrangements in the public areas are lovely, and the overall style is modern luxury. The longer I stayed, the more comfortable I felt, especially with the bed – it's soft but doesn't cause back pain. In terms of location, it might be a bit far from areas like Shinjuku if you're taking a taxi, but it's pretty quick to get to places like Roppongi and Ginza.

One of the most pleasant hotels during my trip to Tokyo, absolutely amazing standards! From the moment I first saw the hotel, my wonderful and refreshing Tokyo journey began. The hotel design is perfect, the service is perfect, the facilities are perfect, the views are perfect, and the smiles are perfect. This hotel is definitely going on my Tokyo 'must-revisit' list. It's truly incredible, and I hope they keep up the amazing work!

This is my second time staying here, and I highly recommend it! It's a very new five-star hotel with amazing tower views. Both the service and facilities are top-notch. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or business. Just book it!

First time staying at a Fairmont, and I'm thoroughly impressed! This hotel is probably the best option at this price point in Tokyo right now. The room's decor and fixtures are top-notch, but because they're light-colored, photos don't quite capture the quality. The biggest surprise was the sliding door between the bedroom and the hallway, which completely blocked out noise from outside the room. This made for an excellent night's sleep and gave it the peaceful feel of a suite. The tower view, whether seen with the naked eye or in photos, is perfect in terms of distance and angle. I'll definitely be choosing this place again without hesitation!
