Avoid this property and any properties by this landlord/owner for your own safety. We booked this apartment for a short holiday to Tokyo in November 2025. When we arrived, the apartment was in an absolute mess. We discovered that the landlord/owner of this apartment does not change the passcode between different bookings; therefore, any previous guests will continue to have access to the property after checking out. We suspect that the mess was created by previous tenants who had been staying there without the landlord/owner's knowledge. Additionally, the same code is used between different apartments in the same building. We proved this to the booking agent by recording a video of us using the same code to access the different apartments. So it is also possible that the tenants in the other apartment entered the apartment that we booked and made a big mess. The landlord/owner's lack of awareness (when we informed them) of such a matter shows the sub-standard service and measures they take in ensuring their properties are both safe and secure for their customers. When you contact the landlord/apartment owner they will tell you a bunch of lies. They will "agree" to fix the problem just so you stop bothering them. However, after you end the call with them they will simply do nothing and ignore you for hours. When you finally manage to get in touch with them again (which might be many hours later), they will tell you they were busy so did not do the things they agreed to do many hours earlier. During all this time, your holiday time is being wasted and you will not have any SAFE place to stay or keep your belongings. You probably also will not get your money back from the landlord/owner if you raise a complaint because they will say that they fixed all problems (when they didn't), and that they exceeded the levels-of-service expected (they don't even come close). I feel I'm restricted in how much I can say in a review due to the rules, but if you want a safe place to stay so that you can enjoy your holiday with good peace-of-mind, this is NOT THE PLACE. The stress and frustration from dealing with this landlord/owner will also ruin your entire holiday.

Better stay than imagined. If we could do it again, we would definitely stay here much longer. It was a very clean and comfortable room with lots of charm. We were very close to everything we wanted to see. This location is perfect for anyone needing a vacation. We can't wait to come back and stay even longer.
