This place is great for long-term stays. If you consider having a washing machine, a refrigerator, and basic cooking facilities, it's quite a good deal. There are some minor inconveniences though, like no chair in the bathroom and the TV being mounted too high. The cleanliness is not so much unsatisfactory as it is concerning. When I ran water in the bath, hair floated up, and when I squeezed the kitchen sponge, black water came out. However, with two supermarkets nearby, it wasn't as inconvenient as I thought. The sound of doors opening and closing in other rooms echoes a bit, but otherwise, it's relatively quiet. An ID is required at the time of booking. I'd recommend it if you just need a place to sleep. If you're looking for more of a hotel experience, you might want to consider somewhere else.

The river was visible right in front, which was great for the atmosphere, and it wasn't too far from the station, so it was convenient to go back and forth.

The room was smaller than I expected, but the location was decent and it was nice!

Great location, close to the metro, easy access to all the popular spots. Everything was as described, but the room was cold.

Though small, it had everything you needed; finding a place like this in Tokyo was truly a rare treat. It was spacious enough for one person, but a little cramped with two beds. Thankfully, there was a walk-in closet to store our large suitcases. The place was very clean, and check-in was incredibly convenient. They sent us a password a day in advance, which allowed us to enter directly. Check-out was easy on our phones. It's only about 800-900 meters from the subway station, a fantastic location. We took the Yamanote Line to Shinjuku, which was a direct train ride, quite convenient, although fares can be a bit higher on weekends. The place was fully equipped with pots and pans, a boon for those who enjoy cooking.

It's a little far from the station, but within walking distance. The building is old, but the interior was clean and comfortable.
