Generally the location is very good except it can be confusing for new travelers. The nearest train station is only served by the Local train service, not express train. Thus, need to wait for a while for the train and need to change at Kawasaki station to the express train. Else, walk 25mins across the bridge to Kawasaki station but you can get your groceries and restaurants.
Cleanliness is top notch but why therer are so much cleaning fluids under the sink, in the bathroom, in the toilet and even in shoe cabinet.
I give poor service for a very serious problem. I was unable to open the door because there are two locks. Not sure whether turning clockwise or anti-clockwise will unlock the lock. I was stuck there for some time and tried to call the number about 10 times, but no response. I also emailed.
Luckily, a Japanese neighbour helped me. He also struggled to open the door and we figured out that both locks need to be turned 'Clockwise' and pull the door hard to open it. Although the email instructions says the door is heavy, it is actually due to negative air pressure as the door and windows are sealed. After I open the window, it became easy to pull the door open. The Japanese neighbour advised me to only use One lock on the door.
Throughout the 4 days, there was no reply to me email or call asking whether I was alright or had to go to an alternative hotel!
There was no instruction to dispose the rubbish out the room. Thus, I was unable to buy fresh seafood such as fish and crabs and gut it. Leftover seafood parts will be rotting in the plastic bag and create a stench. In my previous places, either dispose at the rubbish bin outside the main door or a place the bin outside the apartment door for a staff to remove it.
