Excellent hotel with full facilities and a convenient location. It's easy to get anywhere from here. I'll definitely choose this place again next time. It's close to the Tokyo Skytree, perfect for a jog, and taking a taxi to and from the airport is also very convenient.

This chain-operated guesthouse is newly renovated, and both the hard and soft furnishings are of excellent quality. The space is generous, with one double bed and one sofa bed, which, when opened, is large enough for two people. The TV has Google TV, and the washing machine was a must-have, as we used it every day. The guesthouse is located between Tokyo Skytree and Asakusa, and also very close to the river, making it convenient for walks and runs. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to either Tokyo Skytree or Asakusa, and you need to cross a bridge to get to Asakusa. Overall, it's quite convenient. There's an izakaya about 50 feet behind the guesthouse, which was handy for a bowl of ramen in the evening. There's also a convenience store 100 feet away. The supermarket is about a ten-minute walk. In the evenings, there are plenty of izakayas near Tokyo Skytree to choose from. The only issue with the guesthouse was the main door lock. Both the main building entrance and our own room door used a key stored in a lockbox. This lockbox was very difficult to open; if you entered the wrong code three times, it would lock for a minute. Even with the correct code, it sometimes jammed and wouldn't open. When we came home late one night and couldn't open it, we called the guesthouse's emergency hotline, and they instructed us to firmly squeeze the top left and right corners of the lockbox with two fingers to open it. This seems to be a common problem with this type of lockbox, as the lockbox at the main building entrance also had the same issue later on, and new guests in the unit next to ours also struggled to open their lockbox. The guesthouse really needs to address this problem or provide better instructions to guests beforehand.

The accommodation is well-organized and the room is clean with complete facilities. There's a convenience store around the hotel. It's a bit of a walk from the train station, but overall I'm impressed and will definitely come back again!

The guesthouse is a bit far from the train station. The amenities provided are a bit scarce, which might be insufficient for long-term guests as you'd need to restock them yourself. The electronic door lock wasn't very responsive, causing some inconvenience during check-in. However, considering the size and price of the guesthouse, I would still consider staying here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

Great value for money, apartment-style hotel. You can see the Tokyo Skytree, and it's very close to the cherry blossoms along the Sumida River.
