The apartment is very comfortable as it has two floors. On the first floor, there's a living room (though small), a kitchen, a bathroom, and an entrance area. On the second floor, there are two bedrooms and wardrobes. However, there are no hangers for clothes at all. Large suitcases barely fit. On the plus side, each room has air conditioning. Due to the humidity (especially during rainy season), we dried our clothes in the bathroom, where you can turn on hot air. The washing machine was a huge plus. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we used it every day! If you overlook these minor flaws, it's great overall! There's a bus stop (for bus 86) just 230 meters from the hotel, which takes you directly to Shinjuku or even Shibuya if you stay on longer. You can take the same bus back. Very convenient. The subway is a whole other world! :)

I booked this for my child, and they said there were too many rules. They also mentioned that breaking a rule would result in a significant penalty.

It's perfect for families, with a washing machine, dining table and chairs, and a very comfortable bed. It's a duplex, so while the kids sleep upstairs, the adults can relax downstairs and have a drink – everyone has their own space. There's a parking lot across the street; it's the cheapest of the nearby paid parking lots at ¥1200 per day, which is very reasonable.

I don't want to talk about it, and I'm too lazy to talk about it. The thin mattress pad on top of the mattress was an eyesore. The mat and mattress on the floor were even worse. The floor was also an eyesore. If it weren't for my incredibly clever friend, who insisted on staying in a guesthouse on his first trip to Japan... wouldn't I be happy staying at the Toyoko Inn?
