The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Uokachimachi and Ueno stations, with a shopping street and many restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, including a self-service laundry room and a pantry. They even thoughtfully provided a luggage scale. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and even gave us small gifts. It's very convenient to take the Skyliner from the hotel to Narita Airport, but be sure to allow enough time as the station can get very crowded.

The hotel was nice and precisely located near Ueno stations and Ueno Okachimaci stations. The only downfall is not the size but the hygienist of the room. Upon check in I found several hair (woman hair) on the bed.

The hotel's location is pretty good, close to Ueno and other subway stations. However, the entrance is a bit hard to find; the red front door is automatic, and I didn't even realize you could just walk in. The room itself was decent, with all the basic amenities, and the hygiene was acceptable. The room rate is a bit high for autumn and winter.

I’m happy with everything! The staff was super nice, and the hotel is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to access everywhere. There’s also a convenience store (kombini) nearby, which was really handy. Plus, there are plenty of halal food options around the hotel. The room had everything I needed such as an iron, hair dryer, and even a hair iron! Super convenient. The hotel also has a lounge where they serve free drinks — a great touch!

Standard squeeze for Tokyo hotel room but there was a sign which tells me to tuck my luggage under the bed. Location is superb, 5 mins to Keisei Ueno station / JR Ueno station with luggage. Value for momey.

Near to station

It’s very convenient, near of everything, Ueno JR n other Metro lines, Keisei skyliner line, Ameyo and eating places.  The room rather small but it’s okay for me as solo traveler.  Thank you

Nice location

the location is great but overall facilities is a little bit less than expected. can only deposit the suitcase until 2 pm. after you check out. after 2 pm charging money.

stayed in this hotel several times before, been satisfied with it cause it’s in a good location, shops and convenience stores around, but this time I found that they no longer keep the luggage for customers in the reception (only keep luggage in reception till noon after check out ), but instead telling customers to store their luggage in coin locker located in the lobby, not feeling good with this new policy, probably not staying in next time

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is great, near to metro and JR station. Ameyoko market is just less than 5 minutes walk away. There are plenty restaurants to explore behind the hotel, and there’s AEON small grocery nearby too. The hotel staffs are very helpful, they helped us arrange luggage transportation to the next hotel. Easy to communicate too :) will definitely come back.

This hotel provides comprehensive amenities including complimentary air purifiers, free water, a small iron in the room, hair dryer, hair clips, and various toiletries in the bathroom - no need to bring your own supplies. Towels are replaced daily, pajamas are provided, and housekeeping service is available for guests staying 3 nights or longer. The location is excellent - close to JR station, subway, direct airport line, tourist attractions, and shopping areas. Overall, everything is fantastic. However, I have to deduct some points for the luggage storage policy after checkout. Bags can only be stored until noon, otherwise there's a 1,000 yen charge. When you provide such excellent service in every other aspect, it's disappointing to have this time restriction. It would be better to extend the storage time until 2-3 PM, because after checkout, most shops don't open until 11 AM, so allowing storage only until noon doesn't really help guests much.

I always choose this hotel. It's clean, the room was on a good floor and just the right size. The women-only room was truly amazing!

Very clean and giving lots of amenities for travelers. Location is walking distance to Ueno station.
