Tokyu Stay Shibuya Shin-Minamiguchi

Location is great.Walking to Shibuya station 7 min, to Scramble square 10min. Shibuya sky 10 minutes away walking distance .Every thing close by . Coffee offers from 6:00am which make a difference for morning :)). Snacks bar is available anytime are included . The staff is very friendly and helpful. The washing & dry machine is saved your a lot of time . Hotel provide the detergent you can wash your clothes right away.The rooms is small but the bed Clean is comfortable . Close to hotel is a treet food no worries about food when you come home late.Highly recommend try Tofu Cuisine Sorano shibuya restaurant . It about 15 minutes walking . I really like this hotel , Location great , Staffs Friendly, young polite and tried the best to help you when you have any questions. I Highly recommend this hotel to everyone .

Very close to shibuya bustling shopping centre, 5min walk to shibuya sky / shibuya scramble square. Spacious room, love the Refa series in room, friendly staff. Great stay!!

I highly recommend this hotel. It is located in Shibuya, but in a quiet area away from the busy streets. It’s about a 7-minute walk from Shibuya Station. The room was very clean, although a little small, but that’s totally fine as small rooms are quite standard in Japan. The front office staff were also excellent — very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Their warm and attentive service made the experience even more enjoyable. The washing machine in the room was extremely helpful, and I didn’t have to bring too many clothes. A coffee machine is also available in the lobby. The hotel lobby is beautiful, clean, and smells wonderful. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Tokyo

The room is quite tiny , you cant really open two suitcases at the same time, but surprisingly it’s so well equipped, even with a washer! And finally i get to try the ReFa products! Familymart is just downstairs very convenient

Dirty room, really small, staff was helpful and friendly but suitcase did not fit and was smelly

Great location close to train station. Within walking distance of shibuya crossing and surrounding shopping malls. Single bed is tiny. Room is small.

The location of the hotel is not far away from Subaya station. The room is clean and tidy. The hotel staffs are able to speak English and Japanese, providing excellent service and kindly assistance.
