Overall stay is good, although building slightly old. The train station will need walking distance of approx 10mins

Great location but as a lot of construction nearby, it made the journey from the train station to hotel not easy. Room is spacious and with a beautiful Japanese garden.

We are a family of 4 stayed there for 6 nights. The hotel is dated but well maintained. Generally satisfactory. Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable. We could sense that the mattresses were quite old. Out of the 3 beds, only one is merely ok. One below par and one is bad. The bad bed gave you a very uncomfortable backache the next day. We complained to the hotel the next day. They changed the bed frame. However, it didn’t work. My wife who slept on that bed still felt great discomfort on her back. We raised the issue again and requested to replace the bed. They didn’t accommodate. They just added another bed cushion on that bed. The impact of course was minimal. To minimize the suffering , we had to take turn to sleep on that bed so that none will suffer for more than 2 days..that was very pathetic. We will not stay in this hotel again since it can’t even provide us a proper bed to sleep well. The staff could be more helpful in solving our issue.
