There's a hot spring bath, three restaurants, and a small garden. The room is quite spacious, definitely five-star quality. It's a 10-minute walk from Shinagawa Station, a bit uphill. The hotel doesn't have a shuttle, and it seems the last airport bus is at 1 PM.

The location is excellent, just a five-minute walk from Shinagawa Station. The main thing is that the rooms are very spacious, with the basic room type being 46 square meters, which is quite rare to find in central Tokyo. This is probably why you see more larger-built Westerners staying here, especially since the small bathrooms in traditional Japanese hotels would be difficult for them to even turn around in. The hotel's backyard garden is also stunning at night. Overall, a great experience!

Nice hotel with very Japanese style ! Big room ! Close train station but need to walk a slope

Location was within walking dist of the Shinagawa train station. Hotel is more old styled, not upgraded with the modern usb plugs. Service was impeccable, the restaurant staff remembers you and your coffee order.

A really great stay. The room was clean and spacious, with an unbeatable garden view. During cherry blossom season, you can truly enjoy all the beautiful scenery without even leaving the hotel. When my child fell ill, the front desk manager was very attentive and helped us contact a hospital. We're very grateful!

The hotel’s design is classic but a bit old. The garden is nice and authentic. Only two restaurants and a very small bar are available but the food is good. Very convenient location.

The hotel is very posh with every detail covered. Inside the room, it is spacious. The coffee machine is a Nescafé Gusto. I like the shuttle bus service to the Shinagawa station which saves me from walking with my suitcase. I also like the gym as it is very clean.
