The breakfast area was very spacious and comfortable, and I was really satisfied with the delicious made-to-order omelets. Although it's in Ginza 1-chome, it's quiet and super convenient for getting anywhere.

The location is excellent, not far from Tokyo Station's Yaesu South Exit, right in Ginza. The exterior has a unique charm, and the interior decor gives off a 'old money' vibe. It's been a long time since I've seen a floor indicator on an old elevator. The room isn't huge, but it's well-equipped with amenities like a capsule coffee machine and a Refa hairdryer. There's an OK supermarket nearby for any shopping needs.

Room facilities: There were few real pictures of the Ctrip Deluxe Twin Room, but the actual room was quite spacious. Crucially, it had hardwood floors instead of carpet, which felt much cleaner. The hotel is very close to all the Ginza shopping malls, making for a comfortable stay. A minor drawback was the showerhead, which was very difficult to adjust and quite high; it took some getting used to, but the water pressure was excellent and the water was hot. The hairdryer was a Refa, which was super comfortable and quick to use! Location: The hotel is within a 5-19 minute walk to major Ginza shopping malls. It's a bit further from Tokyo Station, about a 12-minute walk. It's very convenient to buy things and bring them back to the hotel. Service: The hotel front desk staff were all very enthusiastic. You could get free foot patches, facial masks, and toiletry sets, as well as complimentary water, which was a huge help. We stayed for six days, and on the morning of August 6th or 7th, a Japanese staff member, Mr./Ms. Ota (I didn't catch the exact name), came to our room to deliver water. He communicated with us in English using a translator, and when we mentioned wanting to dispose of our trash immediately, he proactively took on the task of room cleaning and helped us take out the garbage. I give him a big thumbs up and hope the hotel recognizes his professionalism, dedication, and thoughtful service! I also want to express my gratitude to him here and hope the hotel sees this! The location is super convenient, just a five-minute walk from Higashi-Ginza Station's A8 exit. It's also very easy to get to the Ginza shopping district. However, if you have large luggage, avoid the A8 exit as there are no elevators; it's better to use the A3 exit for easier access. The hotel thoughtfully provides foot patches, shoulder patches, and various skincare samples. There's a FamilyMart and Starbucks right across the street downstairs. Getting to Haneda Airport takes only 35 minutes, which is incredibly convenient.

Traveling with my 16-year-old son, we booked connecting rooms, which actually meant two adjacent double rooms with an open connecting door. Ginza is notoriously expensive, so the rooms were indeed small, but the location was excellent. Being in 'Icchome,' we could easily stroll down Ginza Dori from there. The front desk offered a good variety of complimentary toiletries, which was a nice touch.

We booked a triple room, and it was very spacious. The hotel facilities were complete, the service was excellent, and the transportation was also very convenient.

The check-in was great because the gentleman who helped us was friendly, professional and informative. However unfortunately the rest of the reception staff weren’t so friendly and we were surprised by it! The cleaning staff we encountered were respectful and kind. They greeted you with smiling faces in the morning. The positive sides of the hotel are the location, the interior design and also the coffee machines inside the rooms.

As many reviews mention, it's an older hotel but well-maintained. All the staff were friendly, and having a Korean-speaking staff member made check-in/out very convenient. Storing luggage before check-in and after check-out was also hassle-free and convenient. Its location in Ginza makes getting around generally easy, but it's a bit of a walk from the nearest station, which could be challenging in midsummer. So, the location seems somewhat weather-dependent.

This hotel has a classic, old-money vibe. Check-in was smooth, and the service was good; you can even help yourself to some toiletries upon arrival. But the best part is definitely the location! The subway station and two convenience stores are right outside, and there are tons of great food options downstairs – you can't go wrong with any of them.

The hotel is really beautiful, the exterior is great overall. However, the room is quite small. If you're used to hotels in China, this might take some getting used to. Once you open your suitcase, there's no space left to walk to the bathroom. On the plus side, the room has a Refa hairdryer, and the front desk offers you a selection of facial masks and steam eye masks upon check-in.

Everything is good except a bit noisy every morning from 0800 when they start cleaning and that in the room the fringe is not working at all. Yet they provide ice for free in the lobby.

I stayed here twice during this trip. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and dining. The front desk staff were also very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

My child had allergic rashes throughout the trip, and I initially thought it was due to something they ate. After returning home, an allergy test revealed it was a dust mite allergy. The problem is, we haven't had this issue at other hotels. How dirty must a place be to cause a dust mite allergy?
