3.5/5We stayed in a 3 Bedrm, rm is a bit tight, but given it's Tokyo and the price I won't complaint. Bed is a bit hard, like I saw in another review, but after telling the hotel they arranged to put a thin soft cushion on top of the bed, it's alot better. After check in I feel the room has no aircon given it's already 17° w/ strong wind, reported this to the room service and they arranged someone to replace the filter and the aircon is good. So I guess the hotel really need to check their aircon filter from time to time. Room cleaning service also good. Hotel is near the JR station, surrounding also has some restaurants, and department stores.
