Hotel Bellclassic Tokyo Reviews

This seems like a business hotel. Clean and spacious. The only thing in such a big hotel they don’t have coin laundry and they don’t allow to store your luggage a few days before you check. I would like to be back to this hotel but with no laundry available I afraid not.

I seldom write negative comment, but this is worst experience i ever had. I stayed here for 3 nights, went to another prefecture and wanted to ask if i can place my luggage there before i head to the airport. They refused (which is fine), but one of the staff was very impolite and gave me a gesture he wanted a fight and gave me a “despising” facial expression. I really dont know why. It happened on Oct 4 1030am with their cctv on frontdesk as evidence. I asked for the in charge “佐x” for the name of this staff and he refused. If this is what hotel hospitality is, esp in Japan known for politeness, I have nothing to say…

My favourite hotel I stayed at in Japan. Wonderful staff, beautiful lobby and building. For a Japanese hotel room, it was the most spacious I had, loved the separate bathroom and toilet. Bed was comfy. Really loved the pop up lighted mirror for makeup. Super close to Otsuka station. Lawson across the street too. Hope I can stay here again next time.

This hotel is located on the Yamanote Line, a 2-minute walk from Otsuka Station. It's quiet and luxurious, the food is excellent, and the location is convenient, close to the train station. Overall, it's fantastic! The service was also very good.

Second time staying at this hotel Hotel staff are very friendly Convenient transportation, 3 minutes walk from JR Otsuka Station; small station, easy to get out of the station, Shinjuku Station and Tokyo Station are really tiring to walk Places you can visit nearby include Ikebukuro, Otsuka Shopping Street, etc. The disadvantage is that there is no washing machine in the hotel. Search coin laundry on Google Maps. The laundry I used is Koinrandoripierohigashiikebukuroten.

The transportation is very convenient. It is right next to the Yamanote Line Otsuka Station. It is also convenient to eat in Otsuka. The room is very spacious and the windows can be opened for ventilation. Although the Yamanote Line platform is downstairs, the windows are very soundproof.

It's unexpectedly comfortable, clean and convenient. It's less than 300 meters from Otsuka Station. It's a very comfortable neighborhood. I love Otsuka!

This is my 3-4th time using this hotel, and the staff are always so friendly, so I keep coming back. This time, when I entered, the first thing I saw was the Christmas decorations in the lobby, which were so festive and exciting. The front desk staff were very polite when I left my luggage and when checking in and out, which made me feel at ease. The rooms are bright and clean, with plenty of amenities (the hair turbans are a nice touch), so even women can stay here safely. This is a hotel that would also be great to stay at alone, or as a private couple.

When I first stayed at the Bell ten years ago, I thought it was a very cozy hotel and the staff were very kind. Ten years later, this place still makes people feel at ease. Every time I stay in a single room, it feels very comfortable. Although the room is a little small, it can achieve luxury comfort. Bell can be regarded as the pride of Otsuka residents.

The transportation is very convenient. You can get there just around the corner from Otsuka Station. There are many delicious shops in the commercial area on the other side of the station. There is a convenience store opposite the hotel. It is also very convenient to buy snacks and drinks. The room is very clean and has sufficient lighting. The highlight is the full-length mirror in the room. There are lamp posts on both sides, and the desk can be turned up to be used as a dressing table. There are mirrors and makeup lighting, which is very suitable for stays where makeup is needed.

The hotel was clean and easily accessible! It's friendly and has good noise blocking, so you can't hear the train next to you. I recommend it

The location is very good, less than 1 minute from JR otsuka station (but it's a steep slope). Very luxurious hotel, good service staff, clean room, not very big but bigger than other places at the same price. I like that the shower room and toilet are separated. Super awesome.
